Location was fantastic, right on the harbour front and close to the shops and facilities. However, it was quiet at night. Huge windows with a view over the river.
I can only say that during the hot summer, the sun poured into the main living room from early on and made it very hot. There was also a certain slightly pervading smell of cooking which must have come from the restaurant next door. However, since I was out all day that wasn't really a problem. I would suggest adding thicker curtains / blinds to the front room if UK summers are going to be hotter from now on!

Great property in a fabulous location, with a parking space nearby with verything you could possibly need.
It was warm due to the bakery below, but we were aware of this from the previous reviews. There is a cooling unit in the bedroom. This would not put me off staying here again though.
