About this house rental
Our dog friendly modern Nordic inspired 576 sq. ft. little cabin "Liten Stuga" is your perfect little lakefront getaway! Stunning views of Popple Lake is perfect for SWIMMING & FISHING from our dock during the summer. During the winter months we are conveniently located near snowmobile trails and good ice fishing right on the lake. Located in the country only 1.5 hours east of the Twin Cities & 30 min from Eau Claire! 1+ acre, 160 ft of private shoreline, dock, deck, firepit, & screened in gazebo. Guests have access to our complimentary hot tub (all year), paddle boat, canoe, aqua lily pad & 2 kayaks with signed contract/waiver but are subject to availability and season. New: hot tub 2023, deck repair 2025, shed 2025, Tommy dock 2026, and polywood deck furniture 2026. Fully stocked kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bath & small loft. Sleeps 4. $50 pet fee per dog, 2 dogs max. 3 security cameras onsite.
Optional Local Experiences: Must be scheduled at least 2 weeks prior to your stay.

Indoor/outdoor options. Instructor provides everything.
$100 fee for your 60 minute session
** 4 person Mobile Sauna Rental from Stonegrove Saunas
2 bundles of wood included, $8 for each additional bundle
Minimum 2 night rental for $500, additional days cost more
** "Local Love Package" includes one bottle of local Autumn Harvest wine and 2 Josef's Cheesecakes (keto & gluten free options available)
$50 additional fee paid to host.

This was our second time at Liten Stuga and it was just as pleasant as before. Angela, was great to deal with and quickly answered any questions we had. The cabin was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor area was so peaceful, what more can you ask for than to enjoy the sunset shine through the trees while you soak in the hot tub? Listen Stuga is truly an escape from the busy city life.

This place was perfect. I have very high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and this rental met and exceeded my standards. Even though weather was not best we enjoyed the beautiful lake view in cabin.
