清潔で設備が充実していた。
特別ありませんが、スタッフの対応が少し素っ気なかったらしいです。(親が行けなくなり、高校生が２人でお邪魔しました)

駅前で、スタイリッシユで、清潔でベッドも広く大浴場もあり大満足でした。

Super convenient location right next to the station, with parking available, while still being within easy walking distance of the city centre. The onsen was a nice bonus, especially after a long day. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was simple, good to have the fresh salad and yogurt, would have been nice to have some fresh fruits instead of only canned syrup fruits, and to have some plain oats on top of sugary cornflakes. Overall nice stay and would come here again if I visit Inuyama!
The room was quite small and, for us, not enough for two people with luggages, so we decided to get a second room and communicating plus arranging this took much longer than expected as there was a lot of misunderstanding due to language barriers. We had dinner at the attached restaurant because of the heavy rain outside; it was convenient but the food itself was rather disappointing.

Good location right next to train station. Very clean.
The staff were really rude when we had to use their storage luggage service and seemed extremely annoyed that we were using a service that they do offer. The staff were not very nice to each other which made for a very uncomfortable experience. A bit annoying that for a twin room the toilet and shower are separate because then there’s nowhere to get changed after showering without being in the bedroom or having your clothes soaked. Pillows were very hard.
