Perfect place for our weekend visit to see friends- Balcony views were a bonus!!! clean and comfortable/ loved the morning river walks with my dog. Convenient to the highway. Easy to locate!

I stayed here for a work trip, and was an excellent place to relax at every evening. Close to restaurants and the riverwalk trail! The apartment itself was very clean and neat, and well set-up. I enjoyed my stay there!

This condo was fantastic, with an amazing view of the river. Very clean and easy to access. Only thing i can think of the beds were way to firm for my liking other than that amazing stay will for sure do it again and highly recommended.

Cute, modern condo with everything you need. There was a weird smell, I think due to the humidity and the spiders outside were insane.. definitely didn’t use the deck. Overall a great little place though!

This is approximately a 2 year old apartment in a developing area in Moline. It is just across the levy from the Mississippi River with views up and down the river including barges, private fisherman, many birds, the new I 74 bridge.
The apartment looks just like the pictures including 2 br and 2 decks.
The hostess was attentive. Texting is to check on us.
The only thing that might surprise someone who has not spent time along the river, is any property on the river will have a lot the insects on the deck. (And the spiders ready to eat them) if you want to enjoy the deck in July it requires a daily de-bugging. The host provides a long handled tool and spray. It was worth 10 minutes light work.
We highly recommend this property.

There’s really nothing to point out. It’s what you want when you book - everything is laid out on check in/out, very very clean, an accoutrement of utensils for the kitchen. Just wonderful overall and I couldn’t be more thankful for my escape during a work trip!

It is a very nice apartment! Very clean, it must be fairly new. There's a walking trail in front, along the river. Plenty of things to do and places to eat. I would stay again and recommend it anyone of any age. Thank you!

We had a great stay - the apartment is right off of the bike trail, so we brought our bikes & were able to bike around & explore the quad cities. Everything was as described in the rental, and the owner was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

This is a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view of the Mississippi River. Everything we wanted to do was within a short drive of the apartment! Verletta was extremely helpful and responded quickly to all my emails. My friend and I enjoyed our weekend getaway very much and highly recommend staying at this property!

The Perfect QCA Location
This was an absolutely perfect destination for our visit back to the Quad Cities Area. We're originally from Davenport, so were a little worried when it turned out to be on the Moline side of things. However, everything worked out like a dream.
This is a cozy and comfortable space that's off the main road enough to stay quiet while also being literally one turn from major streets and the new IA/IL bridge. We couldn't have asked for a better location.
The views of the river were magnificent. The space was safe, secure, and comfortable. Being able to bring my small puppy was SUCH a relief -- and the apartment was equipped and ready for her!
We're absolutely saving this rental for any future visits to the Quad Cities and hope to stay here again when we go back.
