I was pleasantly surprised about the breakfast because it was unlike any other breakfasts I have seen in hotels. I enjoyed the fact that you could create your own omelet. The tables in the breakfast area were good, minus the booth because it seemed like you sat really low. The location seemed a little sketchy to me but I loved there were many eating establishments within a walking distance and downtown along the river was enjoyable.
Thank you for having the appliances as well as utensils in the room! It helped when we went out to eat to come back and eat in the room.
I didn't like how the bed was facing the air conditioning unit because when it turned on, my husband and I were both cold. We have to turn the air up so it wouldn't come on as much.
It would be nice to have a shelf in the shower to put our soap and/or washcloth.

Nicely decorated and comfortable .. wonderful breakfast
Two people entered the room on check out day.. without knocking .. the first time was the person cleaning .. I have no idea who the second one was or why she did .. I called the front desk to verify the time to check out earlier so we were surprised that happened. it made us very uncomfortable

The hotel design and fittings are lovely and the history behind the building is great to read. Was very convenient for us as the arena was across the tracks

We enjoyed the location since it was close to the concert we were attending that night. The staff were friendly.
As soon as we walked into our room, we could smell marijuana. Since 3 of us were staying we also intended to use the sofa bed, but as we pulled it out it looked extremely dirty and even had pieces of candy fall out once expanded. The floor in the bedroom/bathroom both had hair remaining like it hadn’t been vacuumed from the last stay. Also, the door to the “patio” outside of our room would not lock. As 3 young girls staying by ourselves, this was not ideal.
