Terrible experience, the receptionist represented your company in the worst of ways!

Customer service! Most impolite receptionist I have ever met, simply saying "RUDE" does not express how unprofessional this person was! Even forgot to program in my wake up call for my international flight the next morning @ 0400! The WIFI required an unnecessary exercise for access! The receptionist did not enter my name correctly into the system, so accessing the WIFI was impossible, not to mention filling in ones required personal information was more like a job application for Gods sake

Comfortable and clean.

TV did not work. Phone did not work. Person above us stomping on floor two nights in a row.

Cleanliness of room - much better during pandemic.

Only stayed one night, but bed was comfortable and for being next to an airport very quiet.

Breakfast was good and the eating area was very jice.

There could have been a little more variety of breads, muffins and bagels.

Hallways were drab and plain. Room needed more light. Bathroom did not have toilet paper or body soap .

Clean easy access, close to airport

Bed worn out , no shuttle to terminal, Higher priced than holiday Inn across the atreet. Thought I give this one a try. Going back to holiday Inn, spa and pool bith work. Less mo etc, ans a shuttle

This is now our new preferred stop-over when traveling along this route with our dogs

Our check-in was a breeze. I gave my last name, phone number, and confirmed their information on file through the Hilton Honors program. Keys to our room were provided quickly, and information about breakfast/etc were shared. Our room was on the second floor and fortunately our dogs are used to elevators. Overall - wonderful stay!

The beds could have been much more comfortable. They must have had a water leak because the hallways were filled with fans that ran constantly, but that background noise wasn't too much of an issue.

Quick Stay

Rooms were clean, hotel was quiet, and beds were perfect for my liking.

Pool was so cold and hot tub was not available. Room needed some more lighting.

It was pleasant to an extent.

I liked the room, my housekeeper

When I asked for late check out, I got it. Although, the housekeeping manager was knocking on out door 30 min prior to us leaving and we felt rushed. She was wearing a blue shirt and glasses. That was just rude. Now, the housekeeper that did our room was AMAZING! Ms. Hesser if I am not mistaken.

We would stay there again

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. Many choices including waffles, eggs, bacon. The room was quiet and the furnishings were clean and comfy.

We tried to turn up the heat due to an unseasonable cold snap. It seemed to stay chilly.

Very good

Hampton Inn is always a good place to stay. Comfy beds (need more firm pillows though).

Breakfasts at hotel are always the same although Hampton always is a little better than some but still average.

Comfortable beds. Very clean. Huge rooms. Friendly staff. The breakfast was good as well.

Disappointing for quality of brand.

Average selection and drinks.

Unsatisfactory soap and shampoo provided. Not replenished each day. Have to ask for towels and bed making each day. Sink did not drain well. Elevator broke and luggage had to be carried down two flights and across large parking lot to airport. No transportation provided.

clean, quiet, comfortable with incredible accommodation from Devin.

It was very centrally located and extremely clean and quiet. The night clerk at the desk, Devin, was very accommodating and extremely polite. He made our family gathering so successful by providing extra chairs and checking on our needs. He is a real asset to the Hampton Inn.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was convenient for our various visits. We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast had a nice selection that monitored for spills or shortages.

My mother is almost 90 and had trouble with the low toilets and nothing to use as leverage to get up so she needed to use the handicap toilet on the main floor.
