Great little apartment with a great view and setting!! We actually live in the QC area but rented this apartment for 2 weeks when in transition upon buying a different home. If you are a Chip and Joanna fan you will love this beautifully decorated home. We have rented a fair amount of VRBO's and this one was top notch. Just as described and pictures were right on. Wish we could have stayed for the month we were waiting to close. Thanks so much. We highly reccomend this rental!

This was a perfect weekend stay! Beautiful view, great trail just outside apartment. Apartment t was perfectly cared for. Dont get a hotel room. This is where it’s at!

Very easy to reserve rental. Owner very responsive, and quickly communicated to me any details I needed to know. The place is nice and clean and the view out the 2nd story was awesome.

Was so happy to find a place in the Quad Cities that allowed us to bring our furry friends. We were there for a family medical procedure so there was no way we could take our dogs in the car when was 90+ degrees. Then when we arrived and realized what a lovely place it was, it definitely added a little pleasure to the trip. Beds were extremely comfortable and although a stressful visit we slept well. It was quiet and relaxing. We did wish could have explored the area more. Had a little trouble with communication at the beginning: getting passcode to get in etc. but once I realized that I could reach out to the manager it became very easy and she checked in via email often. Overall a great 3 days and hopefully we will be able to visit again for happier times.

We were very happy with our stay! The beds were comfortable. The property was very clean! Location was perfect. Quiet and in a great area. We will definitely be back.

Well first off there was no communication from the owner on how to get I to the property. I tried to call them and the phone went no where. I then texted them through the VRBO app after I downloaded it. I never got an email like with most trips on does and don’ts of the property. We finally got the code for getting g into the apartment. We went to take the trash out after the first day and realized there was no key for the trash shoot. So we had to carry our trash to our cars and dispose of it at another place. Again none of this was told to us. We also only had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for three days. We ended up running out of that also. The bar in the kitchen is a make shift computer desk top that they glued onto a tiki bar! We go to leave the apartment and I check my email still nothing from VRBO stating what things to do when leaving. Or any where stating that all communication would be done through the app. While staying there we tried to up the speed of the ceiling fan by pulling the chain to adjust the speed. When doing so the chain broke. Somehow the owner says I am responsible for this and the trash wasn’t taken out so I owe her a 100 dollars. There was no where to take the trash and all we did was pull on the chain like a person is supposed to. I then see I have a message on my VRBO app saying I owe her this money and prior she sent me a message saying to dump the trash in a certain place. I never got the message until a few days later when I read her second message about owing a 100 dollars. This person was unorganized and didn’t communicate worth crap. A silly pull chain breaks while using it normally and somehow this is my fault. Such a crappy experience. I hope no one uses this person again. I have 3 other witnesses that stayed there which would all day the same thing.

New and sparkling apartment in a new building. Easy to get to. No hassle parking. The bed was comfy. Towels plentiful. Balconies were super for morning coffee or evening relaxing. The apartment is in a newly developed area that is not fully built out so it is quiet. The bike and walk path along the river are right out the door too. Very nice place to stay.

We like to disconnect to rest. This apt home was perfect. Beautiful and fresh amenities. Complex was very quiet and we got some amazing sunsets over the river view. The (2) balconies were perfect too for just chilling. Overall we loved this place.
