La maison est située en hauteur de Anse Côte d'Or mais proche de la rue principale où se trouvent les restaurants, petites superettes et la belle et grande plage.
Vous disposez de la maison sur 2 niveaux, il y a des escaliers pour accéder à l'entrée et à l'intérieur pour aller à la chambre parentale. Les chambres (2 sur 3 étaient disponibles, la 3ième fermée lors de notre passage) sont vastes et il y a 2 salles de bain, 1 par niveau.
Au calme avec la vue sur la mer, vous disposez de 3 terrasses pour admirer le paysage et le vol des chauve souris au crépuscule.
La propriètaire habite dans la même maison à l'étage inférieur mais cela ne prèsente aucune contrainte, on entend rien et chacun est chez soi sans vis à vis.
Mention spéciale pour le lave linge, à disposition pour le logement.
Rapport qualité/prix top !
Sans voiture, la pente est raide pour remonter de la plage et la route n'est pas éclairée le soir.
Le lit de la chambre parentale mériterait d'être plus grand.
Il fait chaud dans le salon et la cuisine car il n'y a pas de climatisation, seulement un ventilateur de plafond.
Wifi un peu lent.

Tutto super. L'appartamento è grande e accogliente. La pulizia è il suo punto forte. Aniella è una proprietaria fantastica, che soddisfa tempestivamente ogni richiesta. La vista dalla terrazza, dove abbiamo fatto colazione e cenato, era semplicemente meravigliosa. Non ci sono zanzare. C'è in effetti una salita un po' impegnativa da affrontare per arrivare all'appartamento, ma si tratta di uno strappetto di circa 200 metri che a piedi si affronta tranquillamente. Noi abbiamo noleggiato l'auto solo per un giorno e per il resto ci siamo mossi in autobus. I market e i ristoranti sono tutti vicinissimi. Che dire.. se dovessimo tornare a Praslin, saprei dove andare senza esitazione.

We had a fantastic time staying at these apartments on Praslin Island. Having traveled around the island and stayed in different places, we have quite a bit to compare, and I can confidently say this was one of our best experiences.
The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A huge highlight for us was having a washing machine in the unit, which made our stay so much more convenient, especially traveling with a child.
I highly recommend it to all travelers who want to enjoy the silence, the songs of tropical birds and the gentle breeze. What's most important is that there were no mosquitoes at all!!!!! we enjoyed late dinners on the balcony and the insects didn't bother us
Grocery stores are very close by, and there are also takeaway in trailers 5 minutes away.
Our host was lovely and so welcoming; she made sure we had everything we needed and was always ready to help with a smile🤗🌞
