Breakfast was nice, but sort of a buffet style; not great if you don't eat pastries. Room was comfy, and they went out of their way to help us with offbeat things like storing a bike indoors overnight. Some games available, etc.
Honestly, Worcester feels like a depressed area, and although the area around the hotel was green and residential, just driving to a (good) restaurant was a little creepy feeling -- we come from a big city, so it's not just that! Still, was happy to have found the place as a stop to parts farther north.

Beautiful old house converted to a B&B. The gorgeous wooden pillars, paneling and other appointments were well maintained.
And there was parking available.
Completely unstaffed. We were sent codes to enter then front door and the room. Which is okay, except that none of this was disclosed when booking.
The window roller shade must have been jammed — there was no pull to bring it down. And the curtains were flimsy so there was a street light that shone through and worse was reflected in the mirror opposite the window. As there was no staff, we couldn’t get any help for it. Too much light to get a much needed good night’s rest after driving for hours.
Breakfast was included but very disappointing. Supermarket sliced white and wholewheat. Everything else was sweet. Muffins, doughnuts, cake. Low end brand large jam bottles and a butter quarter for everyone to use. There was, on a hot plate, a little bit of some dried up scrambled eggs left over from other guests. Two of the later guests helped themselves to this. Although there was someone working on a laptop in the kitchen, the eggs and other items were replenished only after we asked for them.
Overall, a disappointing stay compared to other B&Bs we’ve stayed at.
