***The board had to temporarily close the pier by the boat ramp on Sand Dune Drive. Several of the pilings have begun to give way, and the board believes the pier is unsafe to use, so it is closed. Until repairs begin on the pier, the boat ramp will remain open for use. Once repairs begin, the whole area will be off limits until the repairs are complete.***

Both sides of the duplex can be rented together, connected by an interior pass-through door. The Lazy Pelican East is Vrbo #9563219. This home is perfect for large family gatherings, offering a kid-friendly beach just steps away and breathtaking sunsets!
Pet Policy: One dog (15 lbs or less) is allowed. Please notify us if you plan to bring a pet. A non-refundable $150 pet fee will be added to your stay.

Location was nice and the back area with the water and dock were great! The house could use a deep clean and some lights down by the patio!

My family loves this place because of the pier for fishing and easy access to the beach. The house is clean easily accessible to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend it.

The house its self was ok. Did not really accommodate a large group or family. Had a very small grill which takes twice as long to make meals. Only one dish rag for a whole wk so it has to be washed continuously. Housewares were very old and nothing matches. Everything I cooked in a pan got stuck and was very hard to clean. No broom to sweep so had to use a vacuum which can only be done when the baby isn’t sleeping. Found an old baby bottle under the couch with rotten milk in it. Location was great for fishing and close to the beach. Couch and footstool were very used, looked almost like it came from a goodwill. Would be very nice if some money was put into the house to bring everything up to date. Would be nice to use the deck outdoors if there was some shade/ cover from the sun and weather. Also no grilling utensils, only a wire brush. I was happy with the location but it’s not enough to make me wanna book another stay.
