Everything was impeccable. The rooms very clean, the hotel very well maintained. The pool and bar area absolutely amazing. Breakfast was excellent, a huge variety and very tasty. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Thank you for an amazing service and an excellent vacation!

As many other guests accurately point out in their reviews, the property is situated in a very convenient location in Paralia Katerinis, offering quick and easy access to the beach on foot. The building itself looks modern, beautiful, and well-maintained from the outside. Additionally, the pool area appears clean and well-kept, providing the essential amenities needed for a short stay in the area.
Our stay was marred by several issues, starting right at check-in; there was absolutely no one at the desk to assist us, and having two separate reception areas without any signs or explanations caused a lot of confusion. The room itself was quite small, and we initially faced technical issues with both the running water and the air conditioner, though thankfully these were resolved later on. The Wi-Fi suffered from constant disconnections, and the TV was outdated (not a smart TV) and barely sufficient for basic viewing. When it came to sleeping, the mattress was excessively hard, and the pillows were so thin they felt almost nonexistent—you needed to stack at least two together just to feel any head support. In the bathroom, the faucets were very stiff to open and close, as if jammed with limescale, and the shower door did not seal properly, causing water to flood the floor. While the breakfast offered a decent variety, the quality was mediocre at best, and the pre-made juices and soft drinks desperately need to be replaced with higher-quality products. Furthermore, because the pool area is open to the public, it was crowded with so many young children that it felt like a school party, completely ruining any chance of relaxation for hotel guests. Finally, a 9:00 AM check-out is unheard of for accommodation; it forces you to either take your breakfast to go, or rush to pack your bags by 8:30 AM just to manage a quick meal before leave.
