About this house rental
Situated in Spokane, this charming house for $199 per night is a great choice for your next break. This is a fun unique style house located in North Spokane with 18 foot tall cathedral ceiling the master bedroom is a loft style suite including a full bathroom and walk in closet with accesses to a privet balcony. 2 bedrooms and full bath located on the main level. enclosed back yard with gate access on the side of the house. In 2005 it had a major remodel done and was left unfinished my wife and I purchased the home and fell in love with the house and did a full remodel in 2021.

House was clean, well equipped and in a good location for getting to different areas of North Spokane. We did have issues with the smart lock on the door several times. Plus the VRBO app was glitching some of the time. I recommend making sure you have the owner's phone number saved ahead of time and message them with your estimated arrival time to help ensure you can get in the house. Other than those frustrations, our stay was pleasant!

Stayed recently in the area for a funeral with my spouse and kids. Beds were excellent, kitchen was clean and amenities were all working great. Family games were available, a travel crib for the little one was already set up when we arrived, and the location is less than a mile away from the grocery store. Short drive into downtown Spokane.

We stayed here while visiting my family that all lives in the Shadle area so the location was great. House was in really nice shape. The kitchen was spacious and had what we needed to do some cooking. I don’t want to eat out every meal, especially when traveling with three young kids. The closets downstairs were fun play areas for the kids. The walk-in closet and bathroom upstairs in the loft area was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

This house is very cute clean and we had no issues- traffic a little noisy bring eye mask for lights outside due to large windows. We didn’t cook but kitchen seemed stocked enough to do some cooking.

Second stay as good as the first
Our travels took us into the same area so of course I reached out to see if this property was available! We had stayed there previously and it was a very comfortable, clean property. The second stay was just as good as the first! Recommend this property for anyone coming to this area!

This was a good place to stay for our ski trip. It was only 45 min from Mt Spokane and only a 12 min drive to riverfront park and the city mall. The home had great features and plenty of space. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions. Thanks for a great New Years celebration.

We enjoyed our stay here. Responsive host. If you visit in winter you'll probably be glad to have good slippers as uncarpeted floors can be cold. Also ear plugs and eye mask if you are sensitive to noise & light as loft bedroom (master BR) gets streetlight and some street noise. (I'm a light sleeper so I always travel with mask, ear plugs.) Downstairs bedrooms don't have the noise/light issue. Wonderful king mattress in master! Very comfortable! Phillylicious is nearby (Division St) and makes an AWESOME steak & cheese & kim chee sandwich! Yum! Also, a nice walk a couple blocks down on nearby Madison St. you'll find a Little Free Library. All in all this house was lovely and nicely stocked with pretty much all we needed.

Great Spokane get away

Joe and I had a special time, this was not a house it was a home. My son was getting married and it was the perfect place to make memories and relax. Perfect place. Very quiet and clean. Well decorated. Bright in the morning but sunshine is always amazing. Wonderful place to call home for a week.

We had a great experience staying at this home in Spokane! The home was updated very nicely and was very clean! It was well-stocked with supplies! It fit our needs perfectly. The backyard is amazing! The only downside was it was in a more dumpy area of Spokane. This home definitely looked nicer than any other house in the neighborhood!

Great stay!
House was super clean, and slept our small group wonderfully! Felt very safe, very easy access to the city, amenities were a huge plus when the air quality outdoors was unhealthy- outdoor setup was also a plus! We’ve already talked about using this rental again in the future! Thank you for a great stay! Might suggest a second fan at the property for white noise!

Lovely, bright, airy home. Probably one of my favorite VRBOs ever. Bring your eye masks for sleep - the sun sets late and rises early in the summer, and not all the windows are covered!
