Very beautiful area and home. Very quiet area of beach to enjoy! Home was very clean and up to date. The view from the living room is amazing view of the beach. Walk right down your stairs to sand and ocean. Would recommend this beach home !

This property was perfect for the long weekend get away for my husband and I. The location is amazing and the views are incredible. Just a short couple minute drive to the main Sullivans island strip with restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in this cozy unit right on the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable, walking out the door and right onto the beach was perfect, and Sullivan’s Island is one of our favorite quiet places to stay with quick access to Charleston. We look forward to visiting again in the future! (Also, there’s a Keurig on-site, in case anyone is wondering :) )

The location is great - the property is wonderful. We had difficulty with the HVAC - and it was a cold week in Charleston. The property management company (Dunes Properties) offered us an alternative and were very helpful. At the end of the day, we decided to stick it out until the weather was forecast to be 19 degrees - when we headed home. We reccommend the mini splits be repaired and put back into service.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family vacation to SC. My husband and my two boys basically lived on the beach, which was in our backyard. We enjoyed this place so much. House was very clean, decorated perfectly and had all we could need plus more (lots of towels). The only thing we wished was that the hammock wasn’t broken! And it took us a few days to realize there was a hose next tot he front door to wash our feet off on (oops!). We would come here every year if we could.

This property was beautiful inside and out. The generous windows facing the beach offered an unending view of the ocean, kite surfers, sand bars and porpoises. It was very well maintained and very quiet. The attached private deck was another enjoyable feature.
