Lovely hotel in centre of Aix Les Bains
Beautiful renovation rooms were very nice Maude who seems to run everything is extraordinary, she took all our bags up flights of stairs as our rooms weren’t ready and was worked as we all over 60 might struggle ourselves. She organised dinner at a fabulous restaurant in the port by the lake and taxis to and from .

Étages sans ascenseur,
Pas d'après-shampooing et pommeau de douche qui fuit... Décevant pour une suite en 4*.
On attend beaucoup les bruits de pas de la chambre au-dessus.

Beautiful room with excellent air conditioning which was needed as heatwave in France. Maud at reception was lovely and very helpful. Aix Les Bains was a lovely city with a very relaxed vibe.
