(1) Tranquillity - I can sleep and rest with peace of mind.
(2) Car park is easy, especially after 6 pm.
(3) Controlled access into hotel - Secure from intruders or unknown personnel.
(1) Pillows are too thick for me. I chose a queen-size bed for a one night stay. On that night, I used my jeans topped over a towel as a thin pillow. I wish that there was a thinner pillow option as well. One thin and one thick will do.
(2) The Internet was poor. Sometimes connected without the Internet. So I have to use my own Internet line.

The hotel offers a refreshing blend of cleanliness and comfort. Unlike most downtown hotels, it offers a serene ambiance without any noise disturbance. I enjoyed a restful sleep and was pleased with the immaculate condition of the toilet. The air conditioning functioned flawlessly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The towels were clean, there was no trace of unpleasant odours. As someone who travels and drives, finding suitable parking is essential to me. Fortunately, Duta Hotel provides a few parking spaces, meeting my needs perfectly.
