The location. Very near central KL. Surrounding area has good number of eateries, pharmacy, clinics and convenience store.
The lift - very slow.

They have Netflix so for a 1 night stay it’s fine but arguably if ur going out then the fact it has free shows become redundant
My blanket had a blood stain on it wasn’t big so I didn’t notice it first but apart from it nothing much
