This is an excellent hotel. Rooms are extremely clean and contain all amenities. The staff especially Michelle was very courteous and helpful. The rooms have adaptable sockets so that guests coming from europe can use their chargers and appliances without problem. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom amenities were good and plentiful. The hotel provided each room with a 1.5 liter of bottled water each day. The owner/manager contacted me on whatsapp personally to see if i was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. Shoutout to Mr. Muneeb for arranging hot poori's for us at breakfast. There is a store for leaving luggage in case your flight is later than the checkout time. Acacia mall is in walking distance of the hotel.

Location is near the main mall in Uganda and securely accessible at any time of the night.
Breakfast is a delicious but need more items adds to the buffet.

Bathroom is well designed and clean. The room was also very clean.

Breakfast was nice and the manager there was great. The location is great and we liked the Terrace is amazing (good dinner and view). I stayed with my father and he admired the wooden decor in the suit.
DO NOT use the laundry service. They made my clothes dirtier and they where brought damp so it was thw worst condition to pack and we had to!
Also the booking was indicating a suite anyways and there was an upgrade. All the hotel is include an extra bed (child size ) while there is already a coach that turns into a bed. Didn't like that.
