De binnenplaats en keuken van het hostel zijn erg gezellig! Leuk dat je kan chillen in de hangmatten en aan het barretje bij de keuken kan zitten eten.

Excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach and the colectivo stops. This is a peaceful hostel / hotel with just one dorm and several private rooms. The beds were very comfy, good pressure in the shower (with hot water) and the kitchen was a plus. Ernesto and his wife were more than happy to help or simply chat. Great place for diving enthusiasts or anyone who wants to have a chill stay in Mahahual. Not a party hostel!
I was lucky to have a plug, light and shelf by my bed but I was the only one. Curtains for added privacy would be nice.

The location was so close to the Mahahaual main beaches. Met many other travellers there. Ernesto & Vera very nice hosts. Went on boat snorkelling tour, beaches are like warm bathwater. Kayaked. At pier where Sunday locals go. Long beautiful hikes on both sides of the malecon.
No washrooms downstairs. Only 1 washroom to share upstairs.
