About this house rental
Naduhli Lodge is located on the northern end of Lake Nottely near Nottely Boat Club & Marina, Nottely Dam, & Davenport Mountain. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath cabin which sleeps 10 with a sauna (wet or dry) with lake and mountain views and game room. A short one minute walk will lead you to a private dock and 2 kayaks with paddles & lifejackets which are available for exploring the lake. You may bring your own boat (a short drive to a local boat ramp) or rent a boat from the marina which is within walking distance of the house. Watch the sunset and the stars from our lake front brick patio with Adirondack chairs and a gas fire pit. Or enjoy a wood burning firepit with Adirondack chairs in the back yard. (S'Mores not included so bring your supplies.) An outdoor daybed is available for a lazy afternoon snooze or for the adventurous type who would like to sleep beneath the stars. The house has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms upstairs with a open concept kitchen, dining room, & living room with gas fireplace, large vaulted ceilings & cathedral windows, a wooden deck with outdoor dining & a gas grill. Downstairs is another living room with gas fireplace, a game room,2 additional bedrooms and bath, & a separate entrance which opens to a downstairs brick patio. TVs are available in each bedroom and living room. Perfect for a romantic weekend or extended families who wants a lakefront mountain getaway. We are a 20 minute drive from Blairsville, Blue Ridge, & Murphy NC. A detailed guest book will be sent to you upon booking to assist with planning your trip, but if you want to explore past Lake Nottely, there are numerous activities in the area for your enjoyment: Hiking Trails including the Appalachian trail & Benton MacKaye Trail with swinging bridge, Brasstown Bald (the highest peak in GA), Bell Mountain, Mercier's Orchard, Harrah's Casino, Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, waterfalls, horseback riding, ziplining, breweries, spas, wineries, shopping, & restaurants. We have several itineraries for day trips in the car to explore the area. Fall is a wonderful time to enjoy the mountain area to see the fall colors and enjoy the cool mountain air. Multiple festivals happen throughout the year and a calendar of events is located in the house guest book or online through the Union County Chamber of Commerce. The Sorghum Festival, GA Mountain Fair, John Campbell Folk School Fall Festival & Possum Drop (on New Year's Eve), Fire & Ice Festival, & Blairsville Scottish Festival & Highland Games are just a few examples. Lake Nottely was formed in 1942 by the damming of the Nottely River for flood control & power generation. It is 20 miles long and stretches from Blairsville, GA almost to the NC border. Approximately 70% of it's shoreline is US Forest Service and therefore undeveloped so although there are many homes and boats on the lake you can often find a cove all your own for a peaceful swim. Enjoy a day of fishing for Largemouth, Smallmouth, Spotted, or Striped Bass, Black Crappie, Yellow Perch, or Catfish. Lake levels are controlled by the Tennessee Valley Authority & fluctuate based on time of year, rainfall, flood control, & power generation. This is typical of most lakes in the North Georgia Mountains. Lake Nottely is usable year round, but our dock is usable from approximately late April through early September most years. Other amenities include free parking, a Level 2 EV charger, high speed fiber optic internet, a washer and dryer for guest use, a fully stocked kitchen including with coffee bar & spice rack, and a life-size Jenga game (for outdoor use only please). We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was immaculate and I love to cook and the kitchen had most anything I needed for prep. We loved the privacy and enjoyed the sauna. Hope to visit again. Thanks, good times had by all.

My wife, sons/girlfriends and I wanted to do a group vacation before the end of the Summer. We wanted a place in either Georgia or Tennessee. A place that we can spend quality time together away from everything.
From the start of the process until check out, the process was transparent and very easy.
Elizabeth and Jacob were very responsive and helpful in providing suggestions. The instructions provided were very detailed and made it very easy to prepare for our trip.
The cabin was very clean, well equipped with everything you need to have a great time. From the sauna, fire pit, kayaks. Beds were super comfy and AC was wonderful.
We did some sightseeing in the area and traffic was very easy coming in and out of the cabin. We did spend a lot of time in the cabin itself and did some grilling and cooking, which was very comforting while spending time with the family.
Great vacation and will do it again soon!

I booked this property for a bachelorette weekend for my niece. She loves the water and kayaking. It was perfect and she loved it. The kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of towels and beach towels. We left a shirt there and Jacob, our host for the weekend, contacted me right away and was very kind to offer to mail it back to us. Jacob was wonderful and made sure we were taken care of for our stay. I recommend this property.

Jacob and Elizabeth were by far the greatest hosts we have ever had the privilege of renting from.
They answered every question we had within minutes (not days like other hosts).
The weather conditions we’re getting bad prior to our arrival, they encouraged us to arrive early to beat the storm ( so nice).
I had some problems with my truck due to weather and Jacob come over and helped get it running..
As far as the house, it was so beautiful, clean, well stocked and overall one of the best places we have ever visited.

Great for family
Rental was easy, property is beautiful and easy to locate, not high up mountain, paved roads, the lake is on the property you will walk just a few feet to the lake area and marina, grocery about 15 mins away, everything you need with great views and large size outdoor deck, terrific game room for the kids. The owners are amazing the house was well stocked and I left my laptop behind and they so willingly mailed it to me the very next day. Thank you for such a great vacation.

Better than expected!!!
This rental exceeded our expectations! Beds were comfy, pool table/ping pong room was perfect for late evening fun especially when it rained! The house was set up perfect with locking doors to stairs to keep our toddler safe! The fire pit was a hit along with the fabulous barrel sauna!! Easy access to the dock… with excellent swimming, fishing, and boating! The lake is beautiful! Lots of fun things to do within 40 minutes of travel… Loved the many great hiking adventures and trip into town! Even rented a boat from the charming local marina in the cove! Definitely will come back. Many great memories with the family!! 🥰

Our family {7 of us consisting of our two kids (12 and 17), my in-laws (70 and 72), my mother (73), my wife (47) and myself (51)} stayed in this amazing home for 8 glorious days, including Christmas Eve and Christmas 2021.
The house is absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. All the rooms had TV sets, which we enjoyed. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent all over the house. The beds were very comfortable and we all commented how well we slept. The kids loved the downstairs sitting room, with the two comfy recliners. They played board games, and watched Netflix. The outside swing was a big hit! We all absolutely loved it, especially when the sun was setting over the mountains! We made s'mores in the outside fire pit. The house is easily accessible, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.
We went to a few wineries in the area, enjoyed the Blue Mountain scenic railway ride, and had excellent pizza from Sicily restaurant in the area.
The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and my mother in law, who is a chef, prepared delicious home cooked meals! Ingles grocery store is the closest, and had it all!
Best of all, Jacob and Elizabeth, our hosts, went above and beyond with all the details of the home (including a gorgeous huge Christmas tree, and Christmas decorations, a welcome gift, and all the amenities we could have ever wanted). They were responsive and very helpful at all times. They really made us feel important and comfortable...special thank you to them.

Wonderful experience for a birthday celebration
I found a jewel renting this property! The house is beautiful, provides roominess with two floors of bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and all our needs were met. The children enjoyed playing around the dock and we all cheered UGA to a win over Kentucky and the Braves beat the Dodgers!
We would love to stay here again! It is a gorgeous home, close to numerous activities in Blairsville and Blue Ridge.

Wonderful house!
Two sets of sisters in our 40s took a long weekend trip. The house is wonderful - very clean, very comfortable, really nicely furnished. We rented a pontoon boat from the marina across the cove, which was so much fun. The whole weekend was a blast. Thank you for sharing the house with us!

We had a great time! The house was very clean and well equipped. The Shampoo ,body wash & conditioner was a plus. Loved that a washer and dryer was available so we could pack light. Our family loved the kayaks that were available to us!

When you think of the mountains for vacation don’t forget about the wonderful lakes. This cabin has a wonderful boat dock that is perfect for fishing, swimming and kayaking. And this cabin provides of all of that. Our family had a wonderful time. Thank you to the owners how provided the vacation we were looking for. The home is immaculate with everything you need. It is very comfortable for any family. We were there for 5 days and enjoyed every day of it. Thanks again for an amazing home. Owners are very responsive but did not need to contact them for anything.
