Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt im Xidas Garden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hat uns jeden Morgen gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiter: Alle waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit und hatten immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Der Pool sowie die gesamte Außenanlage waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

The Xidas Garden at Balion is an amazing hotel! The hotel is very well located very-very close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Bali, Rethymno. We actually walked to the beach everyday for an afternoon swim, after spending the first half of the day by the pool (the kids played at the pool while I worked for a couple of hours online). There is a pool bar with great coffee and snacks right next to the pool. Very -family friendly hotel with a wonderful mix of nationalities and different kinds of families. I absolutely loved the people who manage it (they also own it, I think). It is a great family. Very kind and very helpful people. All the staff was kind! They catered to all our needs, gave us fantastic rooms and we enjoyed a rich breakfast at the restaurant area every morning. We rented a triple room and an apartment at the hotel and they were both quiet and relaxing and most importantly, very-very clean. On the last day, we had to leave super early to catch the flight from Heraklion and I forgot to inform the reception of the fact that we would leave without properly saying goodbye to the Managers in person, so I made a promise to myself that I will take my family there next summer too :-) We had a great time at Xidas Garden! L’hotel ha sicuramente dei punti di forza, ma non abbiamo percepito una particolare attenzione in fase di accoglienza.
Staff tiepido, con poche informazioni fornite e con uno stile di comunicazione abbastanza freddo.
Nessun interesse sulla nostra esperienza complessiva durante il check out.
Colazione abbondante, ma con pochissime alternative dolci.
Il rubinetto del nostro bagno funzionava male, con un getto disomogeneo che schizzava in tutte le direzioni e doccione con calcare.
Piccole accortezze che si potrebbero sistemare con poco.
Ogni tanto di sera si sentiva uno sgradevole odore di fogna.
Nel complesso esperienza ok, ma migliorabile.
