Top location

The location was superb. Close to beach and restaurants.

There were roadworks which were noisy at times.

It was a good stay . Staff at East West were very nice after getting back to us initially .

Location was superb . Old building but in good shape .

It didn’t have a table where to sit and eat . ( attached picture of what is supposed to be the table ). It missed a few basic kitchen utensils . Very little toiletries for a 2 week stay . Initially the person who came for the check in , was only here for 2 minutes as he had another check in . He was late too , as we had to wait for him when we arrived . He told us that there was heating, as the place was really cold . We could not find the switch for the heating , and it took 3 days for the company to get back to us . We froze in the meantime and had to wear warm clothes inside and sleep with double rugs . If not the place was ok .

Poor

The location was great.

The a.c. didn't work. So, no air conditioner in August, in southern Spain, picture that! And they said that they cannot fix it until after our departure (and we were there for a week). The Wi-Fi didn't work. After a few days, someone came and took the router away, they didn't provide another one - so the entire week we had internet only from our roaming data plan. The bathroom sink was leaking, the bedroom fan didn't work either (combine this with the lack of a.c. and you'll have hot and long nights, indeed...), the bedroom courtain didn't work etc. We got about 16% discount after all this (20% minus 40 eur cleaning), do you think is this ok for the nerves and sleepless nights in your holiday?

Lokalizacja obiektu

Brak reakcji personelu na problemy, a wręcz bagatelizowanie ich. Popsuta słuchawka prysznicowa oraz zepsute żelazko, nie zostały naprawione podczas pobytu. Stosunek jakości do ceny nieadekwatny. Cała masa dodatkowych opłat - ukrytych podczas rezerwacji obiektu. Np. dodatkowa opłata za check in po 21 - 50 euro. Kolejne ubrudzone ręczniki np. make up’em - dodatkowe opłaty.
