Spotlessly clean, beautifully equipped apartment in the best possible location, right on the Paseo Marítimo, with sea views from the balcony, restaurants and shops downstairs, and Marbella’s Old Town only a few steps away.
It has everything you need, including air conditioning in both rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, large TV with Netflix and Prime, and Alexa. The secure nearby underground parking was an incredible bonus, especially in central Marbella.
Pablo and his team were exceptional. They welcomed us warmly, added us to a WhatsApp group, and were immediately available to help with any question. They also generously allowed us a very late check out. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The apartment was excellent. It was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was outstanding—very friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and provided great recommendations and support throughout our stay. I highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

L'accueil de Pablo fut professionnel, chaleureux, et plein de délicatesse: les produits alimentaires et boissons d'accueil, le chek-in tôt et le chek-out tardif. L'appartement est très bien situé sur la promenade maritime face à la mer à côté de restaurants et de commerces.
