Very nice room and facilities. Easy to check in. Fast responding staff online.
Location isn’t the nicest. Noise is fine with windows shut but room can get quite hot in summer.

Various public transport options nearby. There is also a grocery store nearby.
Simple and easy check-in.
Everything was clean. There were also snacks and water for free.
The lighting in the bathroom was very poor.
Since the room was quite small, it was problematic to get to the other side of the bed.
The area where the hotel is located is quite strange, but we felt safe. It is also quite noisy at night.

Such a comfortable bed! A little street noise if you open the window, but I slept well with ear plugs. Lovely clean warm shower. Highly recommend!
An electric fan would help anyone who would normally open a window to keep cool but wanted to avoid any noise from outside (there was little noise with the window closed!)

My rating is quite unfair: I did not stay at the property. But why? Because it’s located in Kreis 4, which makes the legendary “Platzspitz park” of the 90s feel like Beverly Hills.
I arrived at the property with my 10 years old girl and literally had to run away because of what was going on outside. This is not a place for a family. Again, if you like a certain vibe, definitely for adults only, than maybe this could be the hotel for you; if not, you’ll have to avoid.
Again; I did not see the facilities, but the ambience in the morning (!!!) was already too much. My blame is for allowing kids to be on the reservation. It shoudk state that it is an “adults only” hotel.
