Situated in Los Cristianos, this attractive condo for $121 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Newly renovated two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment in a friendly and quiet complex, with extra large sunny terrace, wonderful sea views and heated communal swimming pool. Free 300Mbps fibre internet wifi. If property is not available at the dates desired, please send us a message as we have another similar property. Very well located for all amenities, in the more up-market area of Los Cristianos, with plenty of shops and the best restaurants within walking distance, only 15 minutes drive from Tenerife South airport and golf courses and 10-15 minute walk from the beach and town centre. The complex of Port Royale has the advantage of being near a lovely town but away from the day to day bustle, making it a convenient but relaxing location for you to enjoy. The very large terrace (70 square metres) features a large dining table, relaxed seating area, sunbeds and parasol. The apartment has a flat 50' TV with international channels, washing machine, free high speed Wi-Fi, working station, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen including a dish washer, hob, microwave and coffee machines, a large corner sofa and a stylish dining table. The spacious interiors and abundant storage space make it perfect for remote workers, long stays and families. Towels and bed linens are included in the price. Tenerife offers sunshine all year round with day temperatures ranging from 23 degrees C in the winter to 30 degrees C in the summer. There are plenty of activities available on the island, from water sports to golf, from star gazing to hiking and a wide variety of beautiful landscapes and attractions to visit (including the volcano Teide and the largest water park in Europe). Stayed over Halloween, apt was excellent & just as described. Check in process was very easy. Complex is immaculate with amazing views down to the sea.
Reliable Wi-Fi , Beds really comfy, large smart tv , everything was in working order & we had no issues, was like home from home.
Pool area was lovely and only a few steps away. Plenty of sun beds. Quiet Area , 15/20 min walk down to centre . Supermarket 2 min walk for all your essentials. Various restaurants all within walking distance. Would Definitely book again. Thanks for letting us rent.

Had a wonderful time in Tenerife, the apartment was great, very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed spending time on the large terrace both during the day and in the evening. The hosts were excellent with correspondence. Will definitely stay again

Only little down side is the hill leading to property but we new this before booking. Apart from that, excellent.

Fantastic accommodation in our favorite area of Los Cristianos. Car advisable as the property is at the top of a steep hill, but gives lovey views over the harbour. We were aware of the location when we booked it and this was not a problem.
Property was as described and suited our family of 4 including 2 teenagers. Property could benefit from an awning on the balcony like other properties in the resort, as it is in full sunshine all day.
Owner was very prompt and helpful with all communication.
Will definitely stay here again.

Home from home!!
Absolutely lovely apartment, very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, english tv channels and sky sports. Everything you needed, was short of nothing. Balcony all around and plenty of seating and sunbeds. The pool area is nice and quiet. Supermarket very well stocked and bars in the vicinity. The only issue I had was the steep hills, but we just got the local taxi number and they was there in 2 minutes, would definitely stay again.

Superb Sunny Balcony
The apartment itself had everything needed, the kitchen was well equipped. The pictures we saw before showed the balcony but we were still surprised when we got there how large the balcony was. At the front of the balcony there is a great sea view and a table and chairs. Round the side there are sun loungers, which get the benefit of full sun from early afternoon until sundown. There is a communal pool roughly 50 yards from the apartment which is warm, unusual for Tenerife- surrounded by other apartments so that it is very much out of the wind. There is a lovely restaurant Bella Roma run by nice local people just 2 minutes walk, the fish dishes were really good.

Stayed at this superb first floor apartment in July 2019. Very clean and everything you need, all in full working order. Wonderful pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Fabulous supermarket that has literally everything you might need and a travel agent just down the road who has good knowledge of all things local and can book trips, hire car, etc. Incredible balcony with views to die for and offering a lovely gentle breeze while sunbathing. A quiet and peaceful location. 4 euros will buy a taxi to bring you home at the end of an evening in Los Christianos, which was, by far, our favourite resort in this area.

Great apartment
We stopped here for 10 nights in July 2019. The apartment is very spacious and well looked after. It is up a hill which at the end of an evening out could take its toll on some but this wasnt a problem as we enjoy walking around.
Its close to all needed amenities (supermarket, bars, restaurants) and a pleasant stroll to the town centre of Los Cristianos. It has a fantastic balcony/terrace which gets the sun for the whole afternoon/evening. The complex pool is well maintained with lots of sun loungers to use and when we stayed the pool was quite quiet which we enjoyed (max about 25 people)
The owners communicated well with details of accessing the apartment and responded quickly to any queries / issues (we had a light buld go and they attended to this very quickly).
I would recommend this apartment to friends/family and i will definitley stay here myself again.

Lovely
We have stayed here before and each time is as good as the first, my wife and I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere ,the spacious balcony,the views, the apartment. We are now waiting to return next year, I would like to thank the owner for allowing us to stay here, it is lovely.

Fantastic!
We had a great week in Los Cristianos. The apartment exceeded expectations. The living areas are a great size, comfy beds, clean bed linen and towels and an enormous terrace with lots of seating and sunbeds. Loved that we could have the doors open at night but lock the grill doors, the ceiling fans were a godsend. The swimming pool was spotless and got the sun all day. The only thing that may put some off is the steep walk up to the complex. We were fine with it, it offset all the food and ice cream we ate 😂 but little ones or anyone maybe not so able might struggle, however there are plenty of taxis and for €3.50 they'll take you back (always taxis waiting for fares so you won't ever have to wait for one).
If we come back to Los Cristianos we would definitely book this apartment 👍

Amazing balcony with lovely view
Had a lovely stay at this apartment and the balcony is amazing spent a lot of time chilling as you get the sun from early morning until the sun goes down. Very spacious apartment with everything that you need. Pool area very nice and clean and no problem getting a sunbed. We had a problem with the boiler towards the end of our stay and the management team dealt with this very efficiently. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to stay in this apartment again.

Don't hesitate to book with Hazel, she responds to queries speedily and even had the management agent come out on a bank holiday to replace a couple of bulbs the blew. We will be back in a hertbeat - 10/10

Superb accommodation
Lovely apartment with a fantastic terrace area which is really big and gets the sun all day. It’s at the top of a steep hill and not for the faint hearted but thus wouldn’t deter us from going again. Great pool area and overall very pleased with the accommodation with great contact from owner/service manager. Will definitely be booking again.

Love love love this apartment
We have been visiting this apartment for many years and never get tired of it's beautiful view. This apartment has a fantastic terrace, its huge and gets the sun all day long. There is a short walk to the pool if you need to cool off.
Comfy beds, plenty of hot water and a new added bonus of a dishwasher, so now even less housework to do on your holidays.
The walk down to the front isn't too bad and €4 taxi ride back up if you prefer not to walk up the hill.
There is a restaurant called bella rosa just next door to the apartment that does nice food and you can also get their food as a take away. The supermarket is close by too and has a good range of products.
Most of the excursion coaches pick up from just across the road at Beverley hills heights hotel.
So all in all I would recommend this apartment highly.

Very nice apartment
Just returned from a week in this lovely apartment other than a few light bulbs not working could not fault it. Sun in march hits the balcony about midday not really a problem as we were out & about, weather could have been better for us as we must have hit the only week for quite some time to have rain a couple of days but no-one can predict the weather.
Two very good restaurants very close by so perfect if you don't fancy the long walk to the restaurants down the hill.

A very nice apartment in a good location.
Our stay in the apartment was from 2nd November to 23 November 2018. It was our first holiday in Tenerife & we spent a long time deciding what resort to stay in & which apartment to book. It was a good choice & we spent 3 very enjoyable weeks in this Los Cristianos apartment.
The apartment is situated in quite an elevated position which means the views are great. Being away from the beach/promenade area it is relatively quiet & we were not bothered unduly by nighttime noises.
The apartment is above the Port Royale reception area.It is very easy to find within the complex & is not far from the communal swimming pool.It is well equipped with TV/DVD (incl UK channels),Cooker,microwave,toaster etc.There is also an iron,hair dryer & vacuum cleaner.There are 2 bedrooms,one of which is ensuite & the other has provision to sleep 4 people although it would be a squeeze.There are 2 air con units,1 in the lounge area & 1 in the main bedroom.The lounge unit worked fine,we didn't need to use the bedroom air con.The overall appearance of the interior is good.We were told that the kitchen will be replaced at some time which will make a big difference.The water pressure is very good but don't drink it,use bottled water. You can fill up water bottles from a dispenser near the swimming pool for only 10c a litre.The outside space is superb with lots of space & 4 loungers,parasol,large stone table with seating & 2 single & 1 double patio chairs.The sun starts to hit the patio mid morning in November & gives you lovely sunset views.
The location of Port Royale does mean there are some pretty steep hills to climb back up to the apartment from the beach/promenade areas.We must have done the climb at least 24 times but you can get a taxi if necessary.It takes about 10 minutes to walk down to the beach/promenade.On the way down are many bars/restaurants to choose from & this continues when you get down to the promenade.You can eat cheaply or expensively.We did both & we were never disappointed with any of the meals/snacks or drinks we had.Walking along the promenade Las Americas is not too far.Further along is Adeje,well worth a visit as is La Caleta.A trip to Las Galetas is also recommended.All of these places can be easily reached by using local buses.The bus station is only a 10 minute walk away & the fares are very reasonable.
Overall then a very enjoyable holiday.The apartment is functional with many pluses & just a few niggles none of which spoilt our stay.

Just back from a week at this apartment with my sister and my 2 children. It is a lovely apartment which is very well equipped. It is situated at the top of a hill opposite Hollywood Mirage hotel. A quieter location with good views. There is a very well stocked supermarket a few minutes away and plenty of restaurants . Our favourite was Kejarta - 5 minutes walk away from the apartment next to the taxi rank. There is a shop 3 minutes away where you can book or get information about tours and attractions. We did the El Tiede volcano trip, Loro Park, Siam park and boat trip. Free bus to Siam Park and Siam Mall about 10 minutes away and the local shopping centre. Tours and bus to Loro Park picked up just opposite the apartment at Beverly Hills. 15 minute walk to the beach. 25 to the harbour for boat trips. The prom is lovely and you can walk to several beaches including Las Americas. The apartment itself is good with a massive balcony including sunloungers, 2 eating areas and a hammock . Inside is a good size too. There is a swimming pool for residents which was a bit cold at first but refreshing and plenty of sunloungers to use. Good communication with the owners and management are on site for any issues. I had a problem operating one of the air con units. I emailed and it was sorted out very quickly. I would happily return to this apartment again on my next visit to Tenerife .

Lovely Spacious Apartment - perfect stay
Just returned from a week at this lovely apartment. Had a wonderful time and would highly recommend. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, it's a real home from home - we ate out every day but the kitchen is fully equipped for those wishing to self cater.
We are very lazy on holiday and just want to sit outside all day and read - wow the outside space here is amazing. The views over to the harbour are lovely and there is so much space outside to move between sun and shade as you need.
The complex is quiet and on the outskirts of the town which suited us perfectly - we enjoyed a stroll to town each night, though there are plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk for those wanting to stay closer to home. Taxis back from the resort at night are easy to find and good value. Also took a taxi to Las Americas a couple of nights - again cheap and easy to find.
Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning in the very near future.

Great apartment
Balcony and views definitely make this apartment a winner. It’s a fair trek up the hill though so maybe not for anyone who doesn’t like walking. Pool was great in this complex too.
