The kitchen is stocked and includes a blender, Cuisinart toaster and coffee maker and stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher. The bar features four comfortable, swivel bar stools. A beverage refrigerator is located in the dining area.

Outside you will find a porch swing, gas grill, fire patio table, outdoor shower and privacy fence.
