Very nice facility just lacking in staffing / customer service.

The suite was nice and spacious as was the bathroom. The TV was the perfect size for the room.

Unfortunately the room was never cleaned for our entire stay despite repeated requests. After our second request we did not have any towels left and had to get clean ones ourselves. When we left, we had asked what happened and they said staffing issues and priority was given to cleaning rooms for new customers.

Lovely 1 night, shame about the breakfast

Nice hotel but bad airco

-good breakfast with bacon, eggs, pancakes,… and you can take some food with you in plastic boxes that they offer -ice machine on corridor

-airco and fridge were not working well. So it was to hot in the bedroom to sleep well. Corridors of hotel were colder than room.

Very comfortable bed, clean and comfortable.

The breakfast is a great deal with quality food and enjoyable. Although it would be nice to have it available later in the morning on weekends too. Some people don’t get up early and are ready in time to come down.

The complimentary coffee in the room could be better. Although a Starbucks is across the street so we went there. For a 3 night stay I was disappointed that cleaning didn’t prep the room with all the same items as other days.

The perfect , relaxing stay during a road-trip with kids

nicely situated hotel, offering large, clean, quit rooms with a view. Staff was extremely helpful, breakfast excellent, offering a variety of good food, one might want to stay longer!

we were in town for a funeral.

beds super comfy very clean/updated/new good breakfast everyone was friendly

we struggled with the coffee maker in the room it wouldn’t brew unless we added enough water for two of the cups that were available and it over flowed every time.

Clean, comfortable, with everything you need.

this is a new facility. It is immaculate. our room was huge. The bed was very comfortable and the room was adequately furnished. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. From what I saw of the other options in town, this was definitely the best hotel in Bullhead City. We went to the Ranch Grill for dinner and it was great, the view up there is stunning and food and service were great.

The staff is polite and wonderful. I liked that there was a gym, and a little pool. Also, the food was pretty good.

Great new hotel.

Brand new building. Clean and no smoke smell. Excellent breakfast for this type hotel.

There is a disconnect between Booking.com and the hotel on my request to shorten my stay. Booking told me it was OK but the hotel said Booking said that I could not. So I paid for a day that I was not there.
