We were here for 6 nights and it suited our needs well. It's a little rough around the edges but overall was a great location and space for the price. It's not exactly walkable but Erewhon Venice Beach and the coast is about 10 min away. Rodeo Drive and the famous parts of Sunset Blvd are about 25 min away. Highway access was easy. We avoided tolls and got everywhere we wanted to go easily. It's spacious in the living room/dining area. The kitchen is sufficient. This unit has a ton of natural light and since it's upstairs we were never bothered by any noise from neighbors. Some people in the complex had a late party but it was not excessive, just some music and chatting and kids playing. Since it's around the back from Washington Ave, the traffic noise but it's not too bad. he parking is tight but if you're careful it's fine. BTW, the address is confusing. You have to go around to the alley in the back to get to the parking. The host was relatively responsive. There are no spices or lids for some of the pots. I had to ask for a kitchen sponge, a large pot, extra toilet paper and paper towel. They took care of all of it except the toilet paper which was weird. The unit was well cleaned. There was dish soap, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, soap, body wash and shampoo provided. There were 4 sets of bath towels and wash cloths. There were 4 beach towels. There are fans so if it's hot you'll be ok at night. I'd absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

This was a lovely clean apartment and a had most of the basics for a short stay in Culver City. The beds and rooms were a little on the small side but adequate for a short stay. The sofa was comfy and my daughter used this as a sofa bed which she was happy with. The location was good, near to shops and beech. The parking in the rear ally was a little creepy and the bulb had gone the second night which made it tricky to park. Owner was informed but didn’t seem particularly keen on sorting the issue, however he was responsive. There is no air conditioning in the flat though we did manage to find a few fans for the rooms which were good. There were a few bulbs out on the standing lights in rooms. Would be nice to have bedside lamps. Would have also been nice to have some pictures on walls to make the place a little less bear looking and maybe some coffee to put in the machine would have been a nice touch for the tired traveller!! Overall the apartment met our needs for a 2 night stay, was clean and in a good location.
