We are ideally located only 13 miles from Clemson University, 2.5 miles from Portman Marina and Galley Waterfront Restaurant, and 5 miles from GreenPond Landing and Event Center (Home of the Bassmaster Pro Fishing Tournament). Upon entering the home from the covered rocking chair front porch, you will notice its high pine ceilings and cozy cabin feeling, hosting a spacious and comfy living room and kitchen. Enjoy the wood-burning fireplace and 55-inch Samsung Smart Television while relaxing in the living area. This home comes equipped with Cable Television, Smart TVs, and Wifi. Enjoy cooking in our well-equipped kitchen, including a double oven w/air fryer, all stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The lake level fluctuates on Lake Hartwell and traditionally has lower levels from September into the Fall months. However, the water level replenishes from December - August, and there is plenty of water at the dock for boat access and enjoyment of all the water amenities and activities we provide at the property.
