Inside, you’ll find two inviting living areas with large flat-screen TVs, an extensive reading library with oversized chairs, and elegant heart pine flooring throughout. The dining area, conveniently located just off the fully equipped kitchen, seats six and creates an open, welcoming space for meals and gatherings. Each bedroom is outfitted with a flat-screen TV, while the primary suite includes a loft with twin beds, perfect for children.
Step outside to enjoy the newly expanded back deck, complete with lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a gas grill, or relax in the cozy front courtyard. Guests also have access to community amenities, including a seasonal pool, playground, and tennis court. Four complimentary adult bicycles and four beach chairs are provided, making it easy to explore the island or spend leisurely days at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean, the beds all were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the location was convenient to everything Sea Pines had to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home was spotless and had everything we needed, which made settling in so easy. The location is ideal—just a short distance to both the beach and town, so you get the best of everything without feeling busy or crowded.One of our favorite parts was the street itself—perfect for kids to safely ride bikes and just be kids. It felt calm, private, and tucked away, which we really appreciated as a family.The backyard was another highlight—such a peaceful space to unwind. At night, you can actually hear the waves, which made it feel extra special and relaxing.Overall, this home checked every box for us: clean, comfortable, quiet, and perfectly located. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed the entire month of June and we absolutely loved the house! We are a family of 6 and we still had plenty of room! Loved having the front porch and the back deck! I would give this home a 5 star review and we will definitely be back!

House was very well equipped and clean!! Enjoyed the bicycles that came with the rental. Layout was ideal for our family (just my husband and I and our 20 month old toddler). Great location- short bike ride (about 10 minutes) to the beach club or harbor town and 20 minute bike ride to south beach/salty dog. Neighborhood was quaint and enjoyed evening walks thru the community as a family. Property management service was easy to work with, easy check in. Enjoyed our stay!
