Very spacious — there were two double beds, a sofa, a huge bathroom, a tv, kettle etc, plenty of drawers and even a wardrobe. Also plenty of parking, and under 10 minute drive to Newark. Very good value compared to the other options I had available. The temperature was good in September. The bed I tried was comfortable.
It’s not the Ritz, and you probably need a car to stay here, but overall it’s decent.

The rooms are private & large albeit basic but for the price - very good.

The room had all I needed but was sparse and could have done with a make over. Walls need painting and maybe a picture or 2 could have alleviated the empty feeling. Was lovely and big and bathroom was big and clean.
Repainting of walls and some livening up.

Good location, parking right outside your room.
Rooms very tired, unsafe electricals, half the lights didn't work, noisey, broken furniture.
