Located in Traverse City, this lovely house for $425 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This beautiful "Baycation" house is the perfect place to spend your summer vacation! (Located right next door to our other VRBO property #407276 if you are interested in renting two houses for larger groups) This beach house is a three bedroom, one bath home located directly on East Grand Traverse Bay. It has spectacular views, private sandy beach, and is located 2.5 miles from downtown Traverse City. It is also an easy walking distance along the beach to the State Park where you can enjoy recreational water equipment rentals. We also have a fire pit for s'mores. We provide a washer and dryer, and all linens. (bring your own beach towels). Master Bedroom: Queen bed (and a pull out love seat) Bedroom #2: Queen bed Bedroom #3: Full bed

When we first arrived we had to do some cleaning. As warned in some reviews the house was on a very busy street and you could hear the traffic from inside so definitely needed a sound machine. Otherwise the location in proximity to everything was great, the view and being on the water was amazing, check in was easy, the host was prompt in responding prior to arrival. All in all I would stay here again.

We had 5 adults staying at the house, and we all had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size for us. We've been to Traverse City many times, but this was our first time staying along the water. The views were stunning. We enjoyed fires in the fire pit each night while listening to the waves. The location is so close to downtown as well. All in all, it was fantastic trip!

The house was perfect for our family of 4. We lounged on the porch, kayaked, swam in the lake, and had a happy hour with the neighbors. I would say the only negative was the very very busy street.

My family of 5 had a wonderful vacation at this home. It is small, but the owners have made very good use of the space and supplied many thoughtful touches to make the stay very comfortable. We will be back! Thank you, Patty and Joe!!

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely waterfront property! The property is on a busy road but still felt like a retreat behind the property fence, with the stunning view of the bay. Perfect end to each day of activities to just sit on the deck, and watch and listen to the waves hitting the beach.

Great little house right on the bay. Was a perfect spot for my family if 3, but plenty of room for a bigger family. Close to downtown traverse city. My kiddo loves the little beach and the neighbors were friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing get away.

Perfect location, very clean, right on the beach. What more needs to be said? And a special shout out to the cleaner. We arrived slightly early and she was not quite finished. Unnecessarily apologetic (we were early, she was not late) she cheerfully hustled to complete her tasks, and left us with the cleanest rental we have ever been in. Thank you!

Great location on the Bay. The Beach front was fabulous. The house was perfect inside. The deck was great for all of our outdoor grilling. Enjoyed our time tremendously. Will look to stay again.

The home was very nice and clean. Our view of East Traverse Bay was beautiful while sitting on the deck, beach or the living room (lots of windows). Our 2 year old grandson really enjoyed the daily visits from the many duck families. The only suggestion for improvement would be that the deck needs some repair work, spongy in places. Also a small step stool would help in the laundry area. It was impossible to read the dryer settings. We did bring a couple of fans to use in the bedrooms. Also a couple of large garbage bags (there were kitchen garbage bags provided), our own laundry soap, shampoo and body wash. Everything else was available in the home. I would rebook this property in the future.

Wonderful cozy home on the water, minutes from everything in in Traverse City, and an easy drive to Old Mission or Elk Rapids for wine, dining, shopping and exploring. Home was very warm and snug, even on a very cold and windy New Year's Eve day. The views to the bay were amazing, and a great way to enjoy a hot pot of coffee while preparing for the day. The home is located RIGHT off busy Munson Avenue/Street, so be ready for your turn into the driveway! It's a bit hard to spot the first time you arrive. Everything else was fantastic, highly recommend!
