This Ground level condo is a 2 minute walk to the inviting soft sands of the Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island and one block west of the intra coastal waters of Tampa Bay. This is a great economical winter destination for snowbirds, a nice 3 Day weekend stay away from it all or a weekly rental for the family. The unit features 2 bedrooms with 1 bath and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Furnished with a King bed in the master, 2 Twin beds in the Guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen with the basic cookware, utensils, and dishware are provided as well as beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas for your stay. Easy access to free island trolley service with 2 trolley stops conveniently located right on Gulf Drive a block from your front door. The room was amazing! There was a very short walk to the beach and the pool was big and very clean. Unfortunately the only complaint we have was we never had any hot water in the shower. It was checked while we were there but we never got a hot shower.

The property was an excellent choice. It is a short walk to Bradenton. Beach that is clean and a perfect spot to spend the day and evening with amazing sunsets. We enjoyed the stay so much that we extended from 5 to 7 nights hassle free. This unit has a keyless entry, which was a plus for three adults and two children. The location is conveniently located. We had a fabulous trip.

Anna Maria Island has been our family go to vacation for the past 3 years and we have stayed in one of the properties at Lazy Livin for each. Each of the condos is unique, but this property has been updated compared to some of the other units that we have stayed in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The visual appearance was great. But the feel of the floor, counter tops, tv remotes and appliances were not clean. The tv was not easy to work, the unit stayed too warm and we had bugs. The distance to the ocean was perfect.

The complex was family friendly and everyone was considerate at the pool. The condo was clean and well equipped. They were also quick to meet our needs. The only negative, which we knew going in, was so washer and dryer. This was hard with beach towels to dry out. But we loved this unit and will return soon!

Nice little place. Clean and close to beach. Had beach towels and chairs for use. Pool was great too. Could use a bathroom fan, a mirror outside the bathroom, and a folding drying rack for wet suits/towels. Good stay.

Close to beach as well so saw sunsets nightly from our favorite beach bench.

A full length mirror would've been great. Unfortunately, whoever lives or stayed above us were extremely loud. Every foot step could be heard and at one time it sounded like they dropped two bowling balls and it woke me out of my sleep. Other than that, the condo was clean, up to date, and check-in and check-out were easy.

Overall, the condo was great. Plenty of towels were supplied. I feel that more than one trash bag should have been supplied. A full length mirror should be added. Unfortunately, whoever was staying above us or whoever lives above the condo was extremely loud. The ceiling was thin and we heard heavy footsteps through the late night. At one point, it sounded like they dropped two bowling balls and it woke me up out of my sleep. They were very loud overall. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. Check in and check out were easy.

The only thing we would have liked different would to have had an extra set of blankets for the fold out couch. Very close to the beach. Close to downtown. Not really walking distance to downtown but definitely a hop into the car in a couple of minutes. The pool was clean and very welcoming. We would stay here again!
