The location and the building downstairs are exceptional
One of the major issues is that there are wide wooden stairs that twist considerably and he’s extremely difficult to get suitcases up the stairs. There is no lift and when we went there, there were no male members of staff to help with our heavy suitcase. Would not stay here again because of that very fact.

Great location facing Park Zdrojowy a few steps from Water Pump Room. Really enjoyed breakfasts, amazing choice of dishes. The restaurant has an extensive lunch and dinner menu as well. Cakes and cocktails also deserve a mention. All meals were very tasty and well presented. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Beautiful place, comfortable rooms.
Overall I was very happy, there were only a few things that could be improved but they did not affect our stay. Wifi did not always work. Only one room has 2 beds, all other rooms have only one bed. There is no lift, all rooms are on the first or second floor.

The area was beautiful, parks and old buildings. Hotel nice but we had to carry our luggage all the way up to the second floor, room ok no coffee and tea facilities in the room, no bar fridge, staff nice polite, breakfast was ok but it was table service and quite expensive.
Better room facilities like coffee in the room especially that we were told that the breakfast is from 9:00 am a bit late,and those stairs were a killer for my husband who’s been sick for a while.
