Appartamento arredato elegantemente con piccolo terrazzino ottimo per stendere. Ben accessoriato.
Piccola perdita di acqua dal lavabo del bagno, impossibile accendere la televisione della sala, anche manualmente.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Everything ist styled with love, super clean. Very beautiful apartment in the Forio city center, 10 min away from city beach wich is preatty clean and not crowded.

Struttura deliziosa pulita e con tutti i confort in una posizione super centrale e, nonostante questo, l’appartamento è silenzioso. Dotato di camera da letto spaziosa, cucina, bagno fornito, un salottino e un balconcino esterno privato. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in così da poter sfruttare la giornata di mare. Adatta a coppie, amici o famiglie, molto consigliato
Non sono presenti tapparelle alle finestre quindi di primo mattino entra moltissima luce nonostante le tende ma nonostante questo il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo

The place itself is quite nice - great size and very comfortable. The patio is a nice addition. Also, the location is quite quiet while still being central.
Unfortunately, the wifi is quite weak and there is no service, so using our phones in any capacity was quite difficult (stepping outside, moving to other areas). Additionally, some of the cutlery didn’t seem super clean, and there was a dirty sponge left next to the sink. Finally, the host was quite unhelpful in many ways which made the stay a bit inconvenient in many aspects. She kindly offered to make us a reservation for a car to pick up in Forio - but when we arrived, we found out the rental agency was located in Porto d’Ischia, not Forio (despite me confirming that we were arriving in Forio). She was unaware that the agency wasn’t in Forio. Then, when I asked her about the parking situation on the island, she did not have any idea about how it worked (ie parking overnight, free parking in the area, etc). I got the impression they don’t live on the island or spend much time there, which is a shame because, as a host, it’s important to be a resource for your guests. Also, the cleaner arrived at 10:30 because she was told that we would be out by then, but the checkout time was 11am.
