The area is good, walkable with friendly neighbors. Many of the residents have lived in this area for a long time. Very quiet at night and most of the day. The building where this unit is located is very quiet. Two units are rented with long term quiet family's and the other unit is also used for AIRBNB. No one is at home during the day so it stays quiet. There are occasional noises coming from cars passing by but nothing regularly happening that would disturb your quiet enjoyment. Can be a bit noisy from fireworks during the 4th of July Holiday. But doesn't last long. You can watch fireworks from SF on the porch. Summer Temperatures average 70-75 during the day.
