This condo overlooking the St. Joe River sits only four blocks from downtown St. Joseph and Silver Beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to all of the amazing shops and restaurants in St. Joseph. Directly next door you can stroll right over to Clementines or Tavern on the River, both offer waterfront dining. Saint Joseph is a family friendly city with dozens of restaurants and shops conveniently located right downtown. Coffee shops, Ice Cream and outdoor dining are highlights of the town. Each weekend in the summer the city hosts Art, Craft, Farmers Markets and more right on the bluff. Relax in the freshly decorated and renovated condo while enjoying 4 TV's. 3 of them have an Amazon Firestick. The third bedroom has a DVD player with access to all of your favorite apps. The space offers an open concept for gathering with friends and family. The three bedrooms are spread out and offer you private space as well. You can make your way up to the roof to watch the 4th of July Fireworks, or just watch the boats come in from their adventures on beautiful Lake Michigan. there is a relaxing view from the balcony where you can watch the boats come in and out of the river. If you want the best view, grab a glass of wine, order a pizza and head to the roof. If you want your own adventure or fishing experience, Pier 1000 offer charters and rentals. Harbor Shores Golf Club is a Jack Nicklaus PGA course less than a mile away. The condo is driving distance to numerous wineries and breweries. If you are a gambler or like to enjoy the casinos you are only 30 minutes from FourWinds Casino in South Bend, IN., and less than an hour from FireKeepers in Battle Creek, MI. Staying in St. Joseph puts you in driving distance to South Haven, Grand Haven, Holland, Grand Rapids and much, much more!! The condo was as described, clean, easy to locate, accessible for food and activities and the layout was just right for our family/friend group.

Tucked in between the marina, an art school, and the parks department is this nice building of condos. It’s clean, comfortable, and well furnished. It’s within walking distance of a nice park for kids and the city center is walkable for adults, though not for our two year olds. No matter though, we needed to drive to the beach to haul all out stuff, and some of the beach chairs and toys they provided. There was a giant bag of beach toys, 4 chairs, and several wave boards. All helpful. The city is great with plenty of shops, restaurants, and amenities for kids to keep everyone entertained. The beach is truly better than expected. We only went to Silver beach but heard others just north were equally as nice, though without some of the noise. We’ll be back in St Joseph’s again as the kids get older.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. 2 couples, plenty of room. Condo well stocked, very clean and comfortable. The proximity to downtown St. Joe was perfect. We could easily walk to and from. Garage parking spot was a plus. David was prompt with communication and everything was as advertised. Would stay here again.

The property was lovely, clean, updated and convenient. It was nice to find a 3 bedroom and it is larger than it looks. The balcony had a nice view of the river. The living room furniture was very comfortable for TV viewing. We could walk to downtown or there was easy parking by the beaches

Three friends and I enjoyed our stay at the property. We had a great girlfriends weekend doing wine tasting at 7 local wineries. The unit was perfect and very well maintained.

We were in town for a wedding over the weekend. We came up a few days early and did a short day trip to Grand Rapids to see the Gerald Ford Museum and enjoyed the city with great food and scenic views. Then we spent a day hiking in the St. Joseph / Dowagiac region and another day exploring all of the lovely shops, beach and eateries downtown St. Joseph.
The condo was beautiful and a nice size. My brother-in-law came up for just the weekend and there was plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable. The 3 bedrooms are all a nice size and have tv's in each of them. I loved the large jetted tub in the master. We have stayed in quite a few time/share rentable properties and this one, by far, had the most comfortable furniture we have ever experienced. There is a decent view of the river and it is right next door to a notable restaurant called Clementine's. The entrance in and out of the garage is a little tricky but it felt very safe. There is a fantastic art gallery just a couple of blocks down the street.
Our only improvement area's would be clearer instructions on how to use the app to get in and out of the garage and a little better communication. We did not get any check-in info until the day before and that was only after I sent an urgent message advising we were getting ready to leave and would have limited email access. The property manager did respond promptly though.
All in all, we would still rate this property a 5/5. And we would absolutely recommend it to all of our friends and family and anyone who is looking at this listing.

Checking in and out we're incredibly simple, the host was super helpful and easy to deal with. Place was clean and the location was great, just a short walk to downtown St. Joe. Although you will have to drive to the beach. The place had everything we needed for our stay.

The property is beautiful! Photos on the listing do not represent well…. the condo is open floor plan, bright with daylight, master on one side, other two bedrooms & bath on the other. The balcony offers view of the river & marina. All of downtown & silver beach is walking distance from this location! Will definitely return!

We traveled with 3 of our kids ages 22,18 and 14. We came for a family get together. We were extremely pleased with the place. Super clean, comfy and a perfect amount of all space. Everything is provided that you would need when you are away from home and more than expected. Very close to St Joesephs downtown area. Thank you for providing such an amazing place to create memories together!!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was very clean, easy to find, great location, and the host provided very clear information and instructions. Our family of four had plenty of space. We forgot to pack our beach toys, and were pleasantly surprised to find some toys in the complex we could use!
We will definitely try to come here again. It was a great experience all around. Thanks so much!

We are in town to support our child as they participated on the Steelhead Ironman. The location could not be better, a short drive to Benton Harbor and downtown St. Joseph. The apartment was spotless, roomy, and well equipped. It comfortably fit 5 people, the jacuzzi in the master bathroom was an added bonus.
