The location is good. Close to the beach and a short drive to Busselton centre.
Spa was excellent.
All kitchen facilities were available.
Aircon in the main bedroom didn't work
Pillows were not comfy
Second bedroom had "woo" electrical noise constantly, from nowhere

Being so close to beach.
Offer of some items in kitchen food cupboard Eg cooking oil, salt, pepper.
The 2 burner toaster wasn’t enough for 4 x people. Perhaps a 4 burner toaster would be better.
The main bedroom shower seems to leak water all over bathroom floor, regardless of us trying to ensure the curtain covered the area.
Then last night of stay, the shower curtain rod detailed and fell off. I could not see an opening for the end near mirror, so had to prop it up on top of mirror cabinet.
The dining table chairs weren’t very comfortable to sit on.
Sometimes noise from above our unit was quite noisy.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and Cape View resort is obviously well managed as the surrounds are very neat and well maintained. Nicely located with only a short drive to the centre of Busselton and a easy drive to Dunsborough and Yallingup.
The shower rose in bathroom 2 needed replacing and both bathrooms had drainage problems with water from the showers soaking the floors. This was dangerous and a nuisance. The smoke alarms are located in the centre of the bedroom ceilings and illuminated the bedrooms unnecessarily at night. You can hear people moving around on the floor above.

Bathrooms need upgrade floors slippery need to mop after every shower, no decent bathmat.
No sea view as stated.
Most uncomfortable couches.
Dusty curtains and couch cushions.
Half full damp rid buckets in every room.
Millipedes in wardrobes.
