The gym!

A személyzet barátságos, segítőkész, megoldásra törekszik. 10/10. For Gürkan at Front Dest I would give 20 out of 10. A real hospitality guy. Friendly, professional. The only reason I would return to this hotel is the positive vibe and support he and his Front Dest colleagues provided during my stay. Negatives: the carpet in the room is very dirty, very used. The air condition systems of the rooms are connected to each others, floor by floor. Even if I had a non smoking room, someone was smoking in one of the rooms on the same floor and that cigarette smell goes through all of the other rooms via the ventillation system. Be aware of that when you do not smoke. No guarantee that once you switch the airco yor room will not be filled in with cigarette smoke, heavily. The matrasse in my room was like a shell: deep in the middle, very used, your hips will not like it if you have problems in that area. The hotel is not near to the inner city so get ready to use public transport or taxi to get into the city (this is not a negative comment, just a matter of fact). The nearest supermarket to this hotel (e.g. a Migros) is around 20 min walk.

The issue was specifically with the Spa staff, especially the man who seemed to be the manager. I felt like he was trying to charge me €10 at all costs because I did not have a swimming cap.
I asked him beforehand if I needed a cap, and he told me that I did not. After I had already changed and undressed, he told me that a cap was required and that it would cost €10. We all know that those caps are not worth anywhere near €10.
I was very disappointed by the experience, so I got dressed and left the Spa. I stayed for three nights but did not use the Spa again during my stay.
