I liked the room cleaniness, breakfast and staff behaviour.
I didn't like the Blanket, it was just like a thin bed sheet. Television was not working.

From the moment we stepped inside the hotel, all the staff were ever so helpful. Our AC stopped working and moved us to a different room and managed all our bags without us having to do anything.
Turgay And Raif were just amazing! They gave us VIP treatment and my family loved every single day staying at Marnas Hotel.
Turgay also helped me organise a surprise evening for my husband at the boat and managed our transport from the airport, to hotel and everything else.
There was nothing not to like! If you want to stay at a good city hotel then Marnas js the one.

clean. comfortable. offers good breakfast variety, staff is super nice. everything in the room works perfectly fine, most importantly the AC since we stayed in july, and istanbul heat is crazy.
generally there is nothing to complain about. the sağmalcılar station is ~10-12 min walk, bayrampaşa maltepe ~15-18 min walk
