Good location, has a parking and it’s close to public transport. The rooms are good size and we had a really nice view of the city. The spa is clean and has different facilities you can use. Housekeeping staff and receptionists were really friendly and made our stay even better.

Rene værelser og meget søde og imødekommende personale. Vil særligt gerne takke Cihan bey som var rigtig hjælpsom og altid smilende.

Ikke så rent, mye flekker på stol, bad, dør og vegg. Sengen var ikke så behagelig, dynetrekket og sengetrekket var dårlig.

On booking were different rooms booked and on the property were smaller and not a sea view as it supposed to be . We received fruits and water in the room on first day from the hotel, but not so nice a 5 star hotel supposedly to be.

La hammam, le sauna, la piscine, la literie que je juge confortable

Définition dans la chambre pour un hôtel, cinq étoiles laisse à désirer. J’ai pris plusieurs photos avec le carrelage cassé. Les poignées d’accroche dans la salle de bain cassé la porte du minibar cassé Le mini bar, complètement vide, jamais approvisionner le sol, le parquet avec plein de rayures la grille d’aspiration de la climatisation, remplie de poussière, le lavabo cassé, je pense que ça fait pas mal de choses à reprendre

تم طلب تسجيل وقت الدخول الصباح وللأسف الطريق من المطار كان زحمه وعند الوصول. الغرفة لم تكن جاهزة وتم الانتظار 4 ساعات وللأسف لم تكن نفس الغرفة اللي تم حجزها والمنظر ليس مطل على البحر وليست بنفس الدور اللي تم ترشيح الغرفة . والموظفة عند الاستقبال بالمطعم وقت الإفطار تعاملها كان سئ مع سيدة كبيرة بالسن. ما أتوقع سيتم السكن بنفس الفندق مره أخرى تجربة سيئة !!!

Ich hatte eine kleinen problem wegen mangelnder Reinigung Aber wurde von Frau Tusem und Nergiz gelöst

I liked everything, the room was cleaned well, it is a large room with an amazing view. Hotel has a lot of facilities, especially we used pool, sauna and Turkish bath. Cleaning is doing everyday and staff can help all the time. Parking is free and safe for guests. Strongly recommend for a cozy, romantic and different stay.

Nothing tbh. It was just ordinary

I specifically told them that i will be checking in early and they said its subject to availability and they did not mentioned extra cost for that they charged me 20 euros extra for that. I could have stayed someone else at least they are welcoming. Without welcoming the person at the reception said i have to pay or come at the standard check in time. Was up all night and really tired and left with no choice to pay. Extremely disappointed

Everything is so bad in this hotel. Dirty and not friendly

Size of room , easy access by car

The hotel is 1-2 star in management , they have big problem in hotel managements, you don’t feel yourself in 5 star hotel, first night a pillow missed , we called reception 4-5 time , waited 5 hours , get angry to get a pillow to sleep!! , the room service not re-charge tea-bag , coffee , toilet paper..!! We asked reception to solve that, we got only “sorry sorry “ but nothing solved night after night!! Do not west your holidays in hotel like this!

كانت الإقامة جميلة والفندق نظيف والخدمات متكامله واخص الشكر للأستاذ عمر على تسهيل الاقامه The stay was beautiful and the hotel is clean and the services are complete, especially thanks to Mr. Omar for facilitating the stay. Spa looks lovely and the halls of the hotel. Breakfast was good but it could be a bit improved for 5star hotel. That is all.

This hotel is more of the low level 4 star hotel than actual 5 star hotel. Rooms are very small and dirty. Bed and sheets not so comfy. Toilet very small and rusty. There is no any isolation and you can hear everything. In my booking I had 10% off food and drink at hotel restaurant and every time I had to explain staff up to 10min to apply the discount. Even receptionists barely speak english and this is 5star ‘International Hotel’. Area around the hotel is not great. Food in hotel restaurant is not so bad but every time we ordered there was a wrong item in order. Sometimes you have to call room service 2-3 times as they don’t show up after first call. After complaint they sent a fruit bowl with two apples, one orange and one banana. I would highly advise not to stay in this hotel.

Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά .Το πρωινό πολύ πλούσιο .Η θέα ,και η διακόσμηση καθώς και η καθαριότητα του ξενοδοχείου εξαιρετική ,όπως αρμόζει στην κατηγορία αυτή .Να ευχαριστήσουμε τον κύριο Suat καθώς και όλο το προσωπικό για την ευγένεια και διάθεση τους να μας βοηθήσουν τους σε ότι ζητήσαμε σχετικά με την διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο αλλά και ταξιδιωτικές πληροφορίες σχετικά με την πόλη .Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα .

Eskiden Hotelin alt yanında bazı dükkanlar vardi. Tatlıcı vesair, uzun zamandır tamiratta onu yadırgadım.

A szobában nagyon hideg volt érkezéskor, de másik szobával kárpótoltak. Nem volt információnk korábban a koedukált welnessről..

The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Istanbul . Will be back to this place soon.

The WiFi, and the comfort

The language barrier with staff. It is expected of them to speak some amount of English at least

Food was good and of high quality. Spa was clean and well maintained

Some personnel could receive more training on treating guests.
