We stayed at Eresin Topkapi Hotel. It was a remarkably positive experience.
Good location with public transportation across the street, very nice breakfast.
What impressed me most is professionalism of their front desk staff, Emre & Melisa. They were very helpful whether you needed guidance regarding exploring Istanbul or any other issue. I needed to call Turkish Airlines. They connected me using their front desk phone. Then they ensured to get an English speaking Customer Service Representative on line. I noticed an attitude of going above and beyond.
It is because of their professionalism that I am rating this hotel as 10/10.

The hotel is located on a central boulevard, right at a T1 stop. The interior is classic! The level of cleanliness is very good. The staff is very helpful!Thank u Emre,Melisa,Haliz!

The hotel are in a perfect location near the T1 tram line, so it is easy to travel to tourist location. The staff were helpful and they upgraded me. The spa is included which has steam, sauna and Turkish bath. There is also a swimming pool but it was closed for maintenance. Breakfast also was great and lit is items to choose from for vegetarian too.
None I can think of.
