Large rooms, clean facilities. Turkish bath & spa facilities were lovely. Reception & spa staff were very helpful. Massage was very relaxing after a busy day. We had flies in our room but housekeeping came & sorted that out quickly. Located a fair distance outside city centre (booked by a third party) but tram into centre was convenient.

The staff were exceptional. Very attentive, very helpful and they acted very quickly when we needed help. Breakfast was good, assorted, loads of options and the breakfast and entrance area is beautiful.
The property itself was old, wear and tear I. The bathrooms, switching on the shower was difficult, the plug to the bathtub didn’t work properly. One of the rooms smelled of smoke when we got in, however the staff acted quickly to change our rooms when we said we were unhappy. The pool was too cold to swim in. It was freezing cold. I loved the sauna and the shock shower associated with that.

Luxury hotel ,, vintage design ,, fantastic spa and pool section with sauna , steam , Turkish bath , jacuzzi and pool . Friendly staff , great breakfast , good service and rooms . A little bit far from downtown but T1 tram just 1 min walk . Nearby area is nice with delicious Turkish restaurants behinds , also carffour market one minute away … I have good memories there
