The staff were very kind, respectful and helpful. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and felt like home. The breakfast was fantastic, covering a variety of nutritiants. Daily cleaning and fresh towels were provided.
The general clinness of the apartment (e.g., curtains, walls, floor corners) could improve.

We booked 1 apartment with 1 bedroom and a living room with sofabed. The manager explaind me that is a booking.com mistake because the sofa was a normal one, so he change our apartment ( for the first time since I'm traveling - many thanks to the manager ) with a bigger one with 2 bedrooms for free. Anyway both apartments are beautiful, large bedrooms, and confortable living area both have a kitchen space with all you need and both were very clean, because they clean it every day . There are a lot of minimarkets around this facility and the tram station is 100m away. The parking is on the street but it is private, no problem from my point of view
everything was perfect

A vendéglátók rendkívül kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Szobák tiszták, szépek, reggeli bőséges volt. 😊

+ świetna lokalizacja, blisko tramwaju do samego centrum, blisko sklepów itp.
+ sympatyczna, pomocna obsługa;
+ pokoje ładne, przestronne, czyste, kuchnia i salon też;
- zarezerwowaliśmy apartament z dwiema sypialniami i łazienkami, okazało się, że taki właściwy pokój z sypialnią to jest jeden, do drugiej łazienki wchodzi się z kuchni, nie z drugiej sypialni;
- pilot do telewizora nie działał, zaniosłem go rano do recepcji, sugerując, że to może baterie; kolejny dzień rano cisza, upomniałem się, pan znalazł pilota w szafce i go oddał, ale dalej nie działał… odpuściłem;
- łóżko codziennie ścielą, ręczniki wymieniają, ale papieru toaletowego nie uzupełniają, musiałem się upomnieć i przynieść z recepcji;
- mleka w ekspresie do kawy nie ma, na śniadanie tylko czarna kawa…
Więc ogólnie jest ok., ale sporo takich irytujących drobnostek.
