We would like to thank you for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel.
Our Junior Suite was excellent, very comfortable and made our stay in Istanbul even more enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great selection and everything was delicious.
We would especially like to thank the reception staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. You made us feel very welcome.
We came to Istanbul for our 10th wedding anniversary, so this trip was very special for us, and we are very happy that we chose your hotel.
We had a wonderful experience and we will definitely stay with you again when we return to Istanbul.

The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming, and the cleaners were very thorough, especially on the second floor. I really appreciated the daily complimentary water, tea/coffee, and sugar, thoughtfully left outside our door even when we were sleeping. The location was excellent for exploring key landmarks and felt very safe, with most destinations within walking distance. A nearby shopping centre offered a food court, cafés, clothing shops; a mini-mart, and pharmacy right next to the hotel-making everything very convenient. Overall, a wonderful stay!
The only improvement would be allowing guests to bring in food and drink from outside. As we stayed for 13 nights, having more variety would have been appreciated, especially as we were on vacation and didn’t always wake up in time for breakfast. Aside from this, everything was excellent and it would have been a 10/10 stay.

they stole some money from a purse and a perfume … it’s was not enough clean …
