Location was good for Fatih.
Good choice for breakfast though pastries were often stale.
Bed very comfortable

excellent bathroom facilities and shower options though needing more lighting
Room was too too dark. On top mirors are all darkened. Can not see yourself clearly, make up impossible
Non functioning spotlights. On asking the reception desk I was told this is a common problem in many rooms
Staff could be more welcoming
No help in sorting booking errors
No tissue boxes anywhere, we used toilet rolls in our room.
