We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were very kind, attentive, and always willing to help. I would especially like to mention Nilay from Guest Relations, who was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.
She also surprised us with some lovely fresh fruit, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. 10/10!

I stayed at this hotel for 9 days. I really liked the staff, who were very welcoming and professional. The breakfast was delicious, even though it was the exact same thing every day.
On the other hand, I didn't appreciate having to pay 300 lira for a mandatory swim cap to access the pool. Furthermore, no massage services for men were available during my stay.

The Receptionist’s Hassan was a very kind person tried to help us with room issues
I think the hotel needs maintenance in some places
The location is not good enough because it’s next to the industrial area ( noisy )

Honestly, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly, and Nilay was always checking in on us to see how we were doing and if we needed any help. The facilities are very modern, and my daughter really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the staff was very attentive. We are already thinking about coming back.
The truth is that I liked it and there was nothing I didn't like about it
