The Location was great - near to the ferry terminal and all amenities. the room was also very equipped. and comfortable. The apartment had washing machine , kitchen with all the basic stuff which was really good and a big fridge too. the room was clean and comfy with 2 mirrors and iron as well.
we stayed at the gold room , The washroom was really really small with no ventilation. even the sink was too small that we couldn't wash our faces or hands properly even wetting the entire floor. When we switch on the AC it makes noise which made annoyed. so it needs to be fixed. the main door of the apartment used to get stuck and one time we were out for 15 mins trying to open the door. so it needs to be get fixed too. except these things it was value for money. please put also one dustbin the room

The location of this property was great, really close to lots of bars and restaurants and the waterfront. Access was secure and easy. The hosts were very responsive and happy to help with queries leading up to and during our trip. The room we had was great with a window to the street for ventilation, plus a dehumidifier in the room was good to have.
The aircon was quite noisy, however on our last evening I figured out how to keep it on without the noise - but it would have been nice to know this ahead of time so we didn’t struggle sleeping the nights prior, it was quite loud!

The location and ease of entering the property was fantastic! The kitchenette and availability of fresh towels and other utensils was brilliant.
When I entered my room, there was damage to the plastering of the wall, with pieces scattered on the floor. Although provided with a private bathroom, it was not an en suite. This caused a little hassle having to remember locking the bathroom after each use.
