Situated in Munds Park, this attractive cabin for $257 per night is a great choice for your next break. Nestled at the top of Munds Park with gorgeous views, you will find this 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin ready for your enjoyment. You will certainly make some wonderful memories as you take in the picturesque surroundings! The cabin is located just a short walk from hiking trails and Lake Odell, which provides fishing and fun! This 3 story cabin offers a beautiful lodge-style fireplace, 2 family rooms, a bunk room, 3 smart TV's, a kitchen full of all the necessities, 3 separate patios and more! This is a place you will want to come back to enjoy time and time again. I look forward to hosting you! ***Please note that a 4WD or AWD may be necessary if there is snow due to the hilly roads in the neighborhood! This cabin is not suitable for small children. There are lots of stairs including a spiral staircase. No smoking and no animals due to owner’s allergies.

Short stay that was consistently interrupted. First full day there realized no hot water. Notified host. She replied must be the basement bathroom . At that time she was correct. I had to leave but she asked about the shower … said I would check upon return. Returned only to find out from hubs that other bathroom also water issue. A person arrived explained workers had been there earlier . She turned knobs under sink shower was jiggled then left.I crossed my fingers . Found out later still an issue but found out running shower would get the sink water warm. So notified host that that is what we would do to mitigate get on with time. Later that day knock on door .Says someone named Steve /Mike sent him. I verify who he is cause host is Sherry. He comes in complains about hurried work between guests tile issues etc does a rapid cursory says he values our time and will come back once we check out. I notify host his visit was an intrusion and that we are trying to mitigate as previously stated . Her response was we are only the way and are two hours out. I ask why are we not believed. She states she was told hot water was fine. Late @ night they arrive. .. aggressive /rude check water. State yes it isn’t getting hot . She tells person she brought to go downstairs and check . He states “I’m not a plumber.” Asks if he can call someone to come for tomorrow. I say no. Not giving up another day. Unprofessional and rude.

The home was definitely cozy for the four of us, with room to spare. VERY quiet neighborhood setting with plenty of outdoor lounging options. Although in a neighborhood, there are not many amenities nearby, except for a gas station, convenience store, bar, and amazing BBQ joint (must go).
We spent 25 minutes to an hour plus traveling to hiking locations in the area. We made a couple trips to Sedona (an hour with the tourist traffic in town) and Flagstaff (25-30 minutes to a couple cool hikes. There are also quite a few options within a 10-15 minute drive. We enjoyed a nice 5 mile hike on the Munds Canyon Trail; there are two other trails off this trailhead just a couple miles from the Cozy Cabin.
Communications were great, including dining and food shopping recommendations (we food-shopped in Flagstaff).

The bedroom were toasty warm for a winter getaway. The center of a cozy is a great fireplace which yours certainly has. It only needed some dryer firewood, more kindling, and newspaper to easily get the fire going. The kitchen was well supplied with all the necessary equipment. The cocoa cups were a big hit!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, cozy cottage. The home was clean, well stocked and it was extremely comfortable. The owner goes above and beyond to provide high quality linens and keep the property extremely clean.

It was a perfect place to stay. Very quiet. We could see the stars. It was decorated so cute and had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable.

Amazing Cabin!
We are Two families of 4 that stayed for 6 nights. Our beds were comfy, and the cabin was so cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while exploring the area. I hope we can go again!!

Beautiful cabin in Munds Park Az!
The cabin was just as pictured. It was clean and fully stocked. The owner responded to any questions I had immediately. The view was amazing. Our family fully enjoyed everything about the cabin and would stay again.

This was our first time staying in Munds Park. The neighborhood is beautiful covered in snow, the cold was exhilarating, and the cabin itself was exactly how described "cozy." You get that nice woodsy feel with all the comforts of home. We built roaring fires in the fireplace and drank steamy mugs of hot chocolate. The cabin has all the amenities you will need. The beds are super comfy with soft blankets. We loved staying here and would love to come back. Sherry is so nice and more than accommodating. She's a A+++ host!

Great getaway at the Cozy Cabin!
This was our second time staying at this cabin as a family. We really felt at home relaxing here. It’s in a great location in between Flagstaff and Sedona. The cabin is clean and cozy, very well maintained. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Cozy Cabin in the heart of Munds Park
The property is well located in the heart on Munds Park. Its very well kept with clear and easy instructions to follow during the stay. The kitchen is probably the highlight of the cabin as is the outdoor spaces. The interior layout is a bit disjointed and location of the fireplace does make the main living space a bit small for a larger family like ours (2 adults 4 kids).
Overall, it's a lovely cabin despite some quirks should please most.

Sedona Area & Grand Canyon
We spent 5 nights at the Cabin. It was a great place to rest & relax in the evening after a long day of sightseeing, eating, and hiking. We loved utilizing the fireplace in the evening and the accommodations were perfect for us. The bed's were comfortable, the cabin temperature was good, and the Cabin itself was cozy and relaxing, with everything we needed. We had two couples, so having the two bathrooms was a plus along with plenty of sleeping options. We would definitely stay here again! Thankyou Sherry!
