Situated in Fareham, this attractive cabin for $195 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Last Minute Availability - Enquire Now! The Cabin is a wonderful, open plan, green oak timber framed studio apartment sleeping 2 (+1). Accommodation The Cabin is of a contemporary open plan design with heaps of natural light and character with the beautiful green structure exposed and on display. There is an overall feeling of relaxed comfortable space with a bedroom area accommodating a superior quality 5ft bed that can split to create 2 singles, plus a separate lounge area with a large corner sofa that can convert to create an additional double bed, a large flat screen TV, DVD player and Bluetooth Music Speaker. Dividing these two areas is a large dining table that can comfortably seat 6 guests which can covert to create a 7ft pool table, table tennis or air hockey table creating a super fun games area when not dining. In addition there is a smaller round bistro table for 2-4 guests to dine more intimately if you so wish. The kitchen is next to the dining area and is practically thought out and comes complete with all essential mod cons, plus to the side of the cabin is a separate utility room accommodating the washing machine, freezer and ample space to house bicycles and other outdoor items or be used as a separate office if you need to get a little work done. Outside is a large full width decking area with table and chairs, a couple of sun loungers, BBQ and an area to hire in a hot tub if you desire. You can also hire kayaks and paddleboards along the beach to gain access onto The Solent's waters. All linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly with a mid week maid service available on request. Child cots and highchairs are also available at no extra cost. (if cots are provided, guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding). Our prices advertised on our website are for up to 2 people in the large 5ft king size double bed that can split to create singles, plus we can accommodate an extra guest or two on a double sofa bed at an additional charge of £50 per week/part week per head or we charge £25 per set of extra linen requested. Prior to your stay we are happy to help arrange any activities you may wish to organise and answer any questions regarding the local area or things to possibly do. We can also help organise catering options at the property be it an ‘a la carte' meal for a special occasion, a hearty breakfast to see you through the day or afternoon tea. For menu choices etc please see the following link – private dining All our properties are located within residential areas so we do have neighbours whom we need to consider. If you feel you could comfortably monitor noise levels (in particular out in the gardens and outside areas into the evenings) then we would love to have you stay and have had countless gatherings who have had a great time with us at our properties. If however you feel that it would not be possible to monitor noise levels, then we would have to recommend you consider something more rural, without neighbours. In addition to the rental cost we do take a £250 refundable damages deposit, which is fully refundable within 7 working days of your departure, obviously subject to no significant damages or excessive cleaning. Please note this property is not pet friendly. Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue. All bookings are subject to Owners' Discretion

We had a fantastic stay at The Cabin; Chris and Anna are wonderful hosts, it was lovely to meet them. Chris was extremely helpful, especially when offering unprompted suggestions for alternative activities when our plans were affected by extreme weather on the Saturday. The Cabin itself is terrific accommodation, everything was clean, well equipped and presented very well indeed. The Cabin sits in its own private area and the decking/garden are perfect for relaxing in the day or evening. We enjoyed the pool table for Dad and son competition! The additional facilities in the outbuilding proved very useful when needing to dry out our waterproofs (portable heater) but I noted there were other useful facilities at our disposal too should we have needed them. The Cabin is located well for exploring the area to the East and West and of course the Isle of Wight. Graeme & Alex - July 2023

Perfect little minimoon

We choose this destination as our little minimoon stay after just getting married and it was perfect. So chilled, just what we needed after such a busy time! Right by the beach! Chris and Anna are both very friendly and helpful, they helped us with recommending places. Defo want to go back again!

Lovely little cabin in owners back garden (separated by fence). Self contained with everything we needed, including a fantastic games table to keep my 13 year old happy. Friendly and helpful owners. The outdoor photo makes the garden look a lot bigger than it is but the cabin was perfect for two.

We had an amazing stay here, the hosts are a lovely couple, the Cabin is so cosy and we really felt like we were on holiday. We were greeted by our host Chris, who was really friendly and helpful. The cabin is truly gorgeous and spacious, the decking is a lovely sun trap, we had everything we needed already there for us, including a welcome chocolate cake! The hot tub was ready and waiting so we could get straight in (which we totally did and then opened the pink fizz to mark the start of our girlie holiday.) The beach is just down the road and there are plenty of restaurants that deliver to the property. We didn’t venture out as I was recuperating with long Covid but we had an amazing, relaxing time just being in the cabin. There is also lots to do if you do want to venture out so we will definitely do that when we return for another stay! Chris was just a text away if we needed anything and was always willing to help. We totally recommend this place and can’t wait to stay again ☺️ Thank you so much for having us. Katie & Nikki
