The staff is very friendly, the hotel is in a good location and you can go for walks without any problems.
I think the hotel needs a bit of modernization.

Everything was very clean and comfortable
The person who attended me when I arrived I gave him my payment and since there was no change he told me that he would give it to me the next day, when I went to receive my change in the morning, the other person who attended me told me that he was going to charge me $5 more because it was what the room cost that day, I think it is in a very bad taste since I have left my full payment the day I arrive and because they have to charge me a fee that I was not even going to consume.

location, many restaurant options within walking distance, and the area is very safe.
Nice view of the city and the Avila "if" on or above the 6th floor.
Sliding glass doors to the balcony would not lock securely/lock, giving you a sensation of insecurity as other balconies are somehow accessible
