"As someone who prioritizes a clean training environment, I was incredibly impressed by this facility. The entire gym floor, the equipment, and the locker rooms are absolutely pristine you constantly see staff maintaining the space, which gives you total peace of mind during a heavy workout. Beyond the cleanliness, the customer experience starts the moment you walk in. The reception team is fantastic; they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and made the registration and check-in process completely seamless. Top-tier service all around!š

The breakfast was more than fine and the spa is really good. Large gym and sauna. The staff is nice. The room and the hotel itself are pretty old.

I really liked the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable beds. The location is very strategic; El Rosal area is safe and very beautiful. The hotel has excellent service and cleanliness. Also, the buffet breakfast was very complete and delicious. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and polite. The only thing I would add to this hotel is a pool area. I hope to come back soon.
